I called this location after being totally unable to design and price what I needed. I thought it would be helpful to talk to someone. Spoke to a manager ... he told me that he was busy and that it would be easier for him if I submit a request online. I said Id rather talk to someone on the phone. He repeated that he and EVERYONE in the store was busy and that it would be easier to do it online. It isnt easier for me and I thought I was the customer!? I asked if I can talk to someone at another location and he said no, each store is different. I asked when I could speak to a human being, he said he was a human being but has no time. He finally said I could try calling back in 10 minutes. In the meantime I will call Staples ... better copy & print customer service.

I worked at a FedEx Kinkos a long time ago in Wisconsin. It was a great place to go in and get things done. I went to this location for the second time today. The same rude person was working at the counter. there was a line out the door. I finally just left... Kinkos was a great California based company until the mammoth FedEx corporation came in and gave it the Wal*Mart feel. Dont even try here.

This FedEx is the worst!! 1) They didnt finish my job on time, so I had to go back & wait to be helped, again. 2) The design center completely disregarded what I asked to be done. 3) One of the employees was SO rude to me. Seriously, dont waste your time at this FedEx. Go to the one on Newport Blvd- its worth the drive to avoid the headache of this place.

I am not sure but I went in to ship something and they would not break a 100.00 for a charge of 26.00 the girl told me to go to the bank, I just feel that this is just bad customer service all around if they do not take large bills they should post it at the door

Asked for help for a very little simple job and got an attitude instead. She was too busy helping other customers and she just left me there standing. At least she could have ask another employee to help me but no.

Some of the employees look like they hate working and so that reflects on the service. Other than that, there is not much to say. They never messed up with any of my packages. Usually not crowded.

Extra service! I had a difficult, and very important, print/collating/binding job, and Isaiah helped me get just what I wanted. So ask for Isaiah, he even stayed late for me.

This place is not great. Went in and the there was only one person there. She didnt even acknowledge me what so ever after 10 minutes of waiting. Worst place to come.
