I own a small business, use this store many times a week to ship product, and Ive never had any issues. The owner is very fair, goes out of his way to help, and Ill keep using him. There are plenty of other UPS stores in the area I could go to, but why go somewhere else if you have great service? More importantly, Ive tried shipping through other UPS Stores and especially for pre-labeled items, they sometimes sit on them for a day or more before shipping. I dont have to worry about that issue with this store because the owner makes sure that if you get the items in on time, they go out on that days truck. Its a big issue if you own a small business or are in a rush to get a package somewhere that you have someone you can trust. Less important, but kind of icing on the cake is the parking. Because its in a larger retail space, I dont have to fight for space. I like that, because some of the other UPS spots Ive used have small parking lots. Thats never a problem here.So, excellent service, they deliver what they promise, have great parking.....I give them a solid "A."

The owner of this store is as greedy as they come. I bought a 6 month subscription to a mailbox for my business, then I opened another business and paid for a year rental under the same acct. I was very careful to make it explicit that I wanted a year for my new business and to cancel the other once the 6 months was up. He agreed and rang up the transaction for 12 months. Sure enough, 3 months later he was sending me a renewal letter for the 6 month business and I said go ahead and close that acct. I dont need it any longer and he said you have to renew both of them. I showed him the receipt of what he agreed to and said if i want to renew the one mail box it would cost me the same as renewing both of them (approx $500). I went another store (UPS by the way) and there was no problem. I paid a year rental for $275 with no problem. This man is very deceptive and greedy. Stay away, unless you want to get ripped off and never receive services you paid for

One of the worst service I received ever. Printing price is like at the sky level. $6.45 per page. Lol, I recommend all of you. Please do not visit this store and save your money, No price posted and after the service they are charge you anything. The guy who work over there he say they only accept cash if you dont wanna pay tax. I said go to the nearest UPS store the price difference you will understand automatically. I am giving this store as one star because I cannot gave a "0" but thake is as a 0 and never ever visit this store.

BEST SERVICE I EVER GOT...........I weut to this store with few boxes of antique train sets. THe manager was so kind & efficient that he packed several boxes in to one box so that I saved money in shipping. Plus he packed so proffesionally that everything arrived in one piece. I had just been to other UPS store the previous day with few boxes and they never offered to pack in to one or talked about savings, I would strongly recommend everyone to go to this store to get best service at a reasonable price.

I have been coming to this UPS store for years. I am always greeted with a sincere and warm "Hello". The service is excellent. they usually have to box up and wrap up all the things that I bring in and they do so with a smile and pride in their work. I love coming into the store knowing that they remember me and always ask how I am and are willing to carry on a conversation, they always make me feel welcome. This is the best UPS store I have gone to. I will NEVER do to any other UPS store!!!!!!

I visited this UPS store few days ago and I had some issue with my UPS shipping label. Some member of their team over there told me that he cant call UPS since corporate was closed since they were in East Coast. I called corporate myself right after I left store and they answered my call. Employees in this place are very rude and they will lie to you just to get rid of you. They definitely dont provide customer service that UPS requires them. Not recommended at all

Ridiculous pricing, and not upfront. I went in to print some documents off of a USB flash drive, and was taken to the back to the computer where the employee found the documents and printed them off. When she was ringing my purchase up it was super expensive, then she added the computer usage fee of 7.50!!!! I asked why I was being charged this fee and she said it is an hourly charge with an hour minimum, despite using the computer for 30 seconds! DO NOT GO HERE!

Horrible!!!!!!! -That Rude Man yells at you. Lie about prices Flirts>women go in "honey you look so pretty" Expensive 3 papers printed fee $13.00 " If u dont like is your problem". Check your receipt he charges more than he tells you.... He times you incorrectly ...for opening my email account in his computer in the back $7.00 Dollars He has anxiety problems " Man pay me or I dont print them" repeat x3 that man has mental issues. He is Evil dirty !!!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at this store my guess is with the same Indian guy as everybody did. He tried to charge me $1.50 just because I asked him kindly if he could tape the pre-paid shipping label on the box. I understand that is a business but I already pre-paid for the shipping and also use to ship out a lot of items there. He also was rude when I told him that I was going to report his store for ripping off the customers.

Loud...Rude...Arrogant...and possibly the worst customer service i have ever seen. Not only will you be mistreated but also coaxed into buying additional box...tape etc... The manager not only is rude to his customers but also to his employee... I did overhear him call a particular customer..."cheap..." coz he refused to buy additional box.... Suggestion : Keep calm and stay away from this store

came here to drop off an item to be returned after I bought it online, mt order came with pre-paid return postage, but the Arab guy at the counter still charged me almost $3 (1.50 plus tax and card fees) to ship it for me. was confused because Ive dropped off return packages with pre-paid labels at other UPS locations and not paid a penny. turns out I was scammed. dont waste your money here.

Customer service is horrible.. I called recently to verify if I could fax something and the guy SHOUTED out that it was $3 dollars to fax the first page when I asked him the second time.. I was only trying to make sure I didnt misunderstood him since I could barely hear him on the phone.. The guy has to chill the ... out hes not doing me a favor, in fact were doing him a favor

This UPS store was awesome! The service was the fastest I have experienced in any shipping place Ive been to. I came completely unprepared with five gifts, no boxes, and scattered addresses. They boxed everything for me in less 15 minutes and sent me an e-mail confirmation for all packages. It was great service! I will never ship at any other place again.
