Love Shelly, my groomer at PetSmart. Really worried about using Petsmart to groom Princess KK. But needed to have her groomed and quickly looked at reviews for the best groomers in my area. So I took a chance. Was very happy with Princess KKs Spa Day make over. Shelly, did everything I requested and Princess KK looked beautiful! Used Shelly 2x already and will continue do so while we live in Loma Linda.

PetSmart San Bernardino Groomers are the only ones Ill trust with my 16 yr terrier mix. In these 16 yrs Ive used a few and wanted to even sue another popular pet store chain in Redlands (but they refunded me the cost of my dogs injury) so I didnt. Then tried PetSmart in San Bernardino and since, maybe the last 10 yrs Ive never gone anywhere else and have never been disappointed with their service.

I love this store! The groomers are pleasant and do a great job. What I dont get is the $ 12 extra charge for nail grinding instead of the cutters. Every other shop I have used, it is included in the groom price. Shelly was great but last time I was there I got hit with the $ 12 charge. Absurd! To say the least. I now use another local shop and they do a great job for $ 30 including nail grinding.

Great prices but dont let them help you with anything that has to do with collars. They set the voltage for the fence collar and when my dog reached the maximum feet it shocked him so bad it threw him in the air 5 ft and he peed and pooped himself. Those people need to be more educated on these type of things! My dog will not stop shaking and it has been close to 7 hours since he was shocked!

Staff is friendly, willing to help with your questions with animals, but do not go off of what they tell you blindly; either get a professional opinion or do some research yourself. Example: I was told a certain breed of fish would be great for my Turtle tank, which, upon further investigation, was a terrible idea, as the Turtles eat that species of fish quite easily.

They take great care of our mini schnauser. His hair is often matted because we live in the mountains. They take their time and groom him well. Always a happy doggy with his little bandanna! These guys are so much better than our local Petco. Yep, I said it. BETTER! Waaaaayyyyyy better.

They hurt my dog!!! I took my dog to get groomed and just something simple well I went to shop around and got my dog and went home. I then noticed he was limping and they never told me anything. I was limping for a good 2 months and i will never set foot in this groomer ever again.

We have been going to PetSmart since the adoption of our two pups. The service is always courteous and helpful. We have done three levels of dog training and our dogs enjoy the trip to class. They have a loyal customer in us. <3

Prices are very reasonable and they have many animals. They provide a variety of fishes and tanks and needs for them. They also provide you with the information you need in a simple form for you to understand.

I like going to this Petsmart for my aquarium supplies and cat products. Sometimes the place seems understaffed, but Ive always been helped eventually. Never had difficulty finding parking. Friendly staff!

Store associate Vivian was hesitant to show me the hamsters and gave me attitude. So instead of buying three hamsters , cages, food and toys from them I bought none and went to petco instead.
