Compre unos huesos para perro de la marca blue . Y cuando los abri estaba la. Bolsa llena d. Cucarachas. Y huevesillos ... no puedo creer q no revisen los productos que llegan a la tienda y mas tratandose de comida para nuestros cachorros . Habia pagado $ 21 .00 dls . Por. Esa bolsita para q estuviera en mal estado .Y hasta se pudo enfermar mi mascota si se los hubiera comido. Si no lnos hubieramos dado cuenta en el momento d abrirla . Revisen los productos que compren ahy . Incluso la bolsa estaba sellada .

The reptiles are kept in deplorable conditions and are cared for by a staff that knows absolutely nothing about their requirments. Not only is it extremely cruel, but also misleading to put sick and dying animals up for sale to people who may not know any better. The leopard geckos are by far in the worst condition. They lay half dead under layers of stuck shed with legs at weird angles, no doubt from metabolic bone disease. The snakes are better, but still sit in layers of stuck shed. If your going for expertise on rodents, puppies, or cats, then fine, but if you are going for an exotic pet like reptiles or fish, I suggest you just go to the Reef and Reptile Company about 10 minutes away. They wont sell you dying animals.

Took my dog in there at 10:45 am for a bath and a haircut. I didnt get a call for over 4 hours so I stopped in there to check on my dog. When I walked in, it had been 5 hours since I dropped him off, and they were just starting to cut his hair. I called to ask the staff what the delay was and all I got was attitude. I just got a call saying my dog was done. It took them exactly 5 hours and 45 minutes to cut my dogs hair and bathe him. He is a small dog and the haircut was a simple same length cut all over. This will surely be the last time I ever take any of my dogs to this Petco for grooming. Completely unacceptable, especially for as high as their prices are.

I went in there looking for a dog food my picky dog would eat. I tried all kinds of dog food brands and my dog would turn his nose up to it and walk. He even pissed on one of his meals one time. Anyway now that you got the picture I spoke with one of the managers Omar and he asked me a few questions and leads me to "Merrick Real Chicken Sweet potato recipe" Omar you the man Homie. My dog ate all the food i just served him. As a matter of fact he just came in and farted right now. I dont know if that was a thank you shout out or what but I thank you Omar.

Would not recommend the groomers to anyone. Used to go there till I dropped my dog off in the morning at 9:am and never got a call to pick him up. When I called around 5:pm they were very rude and asked if I was ever going to pick my dog up .I explained that I never got a call .they didnt seem to care . I asked for a discount they said you cant have your dog till you pay. I paid got my dog . The next few times I went there for grooming they had my dog for 30 min. no more . Im not sure you can groom a dog in 30 min. Will never go there again .

El lugar cuenta con grandes variedad de productos para peces, perros y gatos. Hay secciones que están un poco desordenadas. Lógicamente, los precios son más altos que en una tienda en línea; útil si necesitas comprar de emergencia.

Disappointed. Just bought s ball python 2/18/16 at 8pm, bought it with the everything si it can sleep with, was in the tank, I was about to take It out to play with it, and it was dead. Not even 24 hrs!

I normally prefer Petsmart over Petco for price and knowledgeable and polite service. This is just more reason to stay with what I prefer. Sucks i had to go here in a pinch.
