Most of the time I am satisfied with the employees but today I was disappointed especially by the evening manager who said his name was Matthew. This is already the second day I had to come back so I was already dissatisfied. I was waiting for Lori all day to call me letting me know my dog food had come in. She never called me so I decided to go down to the store but didnt make it in time they were already closed. I was already distraught that I couldnt get my dog his food and all Matthew could say was sorry theres nothing I can do for you after telling him I spent thousands of dollars here is there anything you could do for me and he said nope sorry theres nothing I can do for you. He didnt even try to find a solution. Didnt even say come back tomorrow and well rectify it. NOTHING but im sorry there is nothing I can do.

This grooming is a DISASTER. The insiderpages review is accurate -- if you just want your dog cut short then theyre perfect (although ridiculously expensive for something you could do yourself with a Bic and a couple of shots of tequila). Brought my dog in with specific instructions and they shaved him so short his skin is showing through. The grooming staff is lazy and incompetent and couldnt have cared less. I also told them that he has allergies, and they used something that smells like baby powder on him and now he smells like a diaper and he wont stop scratching. I only gave the store 1 star because of their inventory, which is decent.

The Grooming there is a disaster... Dont take your dog there my dogs breed is a Maltese 10 pounds and they cut her a little under her tail and she is in pain and doesnt even want to walk. Also the haircut we requested was completely different they ended up leaving her like a shaved rat, all you can see is her skin and we didnt request that. Im going to call and complain for that. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOUR PET THERE, JUST THOUGHT I WOULD SHARE. OH AND THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THEY LEFT HER BALD AND THE 1ST TIME CUTTING HER. THIS IS RIDICULOUS....

I took my 12 year old cat Brian to their groomers and he loved it. This was the cheapest place I could find and they kept him for a full four hours and he came out looking great and happy. He used to be scared of his carrier because every time he was in it I would take him to the vet and after that visit he started laying in it like a crate dog. They did a great job. It was at a great price. I will definitely be back.

Before visiting petsmart I didnt know much of how to keep my freash water fish tanks clean or how to keep my fish from diying now I have 4 difrent fish tanks and none of my fish have died. These people arnt just hired they all have a background story to go with their job. Great service, knowlogefull people with a smile. Thanks for taking me from beginer to advance in fish care.

This pet smart is always very clean, the staff is kind, and they always have exactly what I am in need of. They carry top quality cat and dog food along with treats, toys, collars and harnesses. You can find an assortment of pet beds, crates, carriers, and any other pet supply. In this store they have a veterinarian and groomers along with weekend adoption events.

Horrible customer service. Was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, transferred, placed on hold again then hung up on. All I needed was information and pricing on making my puppy into a service dog. But if PETSMART doesnt want my business, Ill just have to find a business that does. Ive done business with these people for over 18 years.

Was quoted one price for dog grooming, called a week later and price jumped up considerably. Spoke to a manager, he said hed honor and give me the original quoted price, then when we went there, they increased the price again! Manager was not on duty. How convenient. Shady business practices! Avoid unless you get a price in writing!

Went in to get dog food a week ago and found maggots on the bag. Informed employees at checkout and ended up not getting the food. This weekend went in again hoping they had gotten new bags but unfortunately they did not. They literally just put the bag back maggots and all. The maggots were dead now with dust.

I love the customer service here. I needed to buy a dog collar and the employee who helped me genuinely seemed interested in helping me find the right one. I was impressed and appreciated the help. The dog collar worked great and fit perfectly on my German Shepherd.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I havent use the vet or groomer. The trainers are suburb! Tiffany is amazing and my dog loves going to class! Training has helped him go from a shy scared little puppy to am outgoing friendly dog ready to meet anyone!

I just started using their grooming department. Its a little less than PetCo and they do a bang up job. The store has lots of clothes for my pups. They also have a great selection of birthday treats and sports gear.

Theres always super helpful staff walking around the store. Every time Ive been here they have everything Im looking for in Stock. Only thing I was bummed about was them no longer selling the Martha Stewart line.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET TO THE GROOMING SALON! My poor baby Chowder (12 lb Maltese/Shi-tzu mix) was knicked by the groomer, not just during one visit but it happened TWICE! Are you kidding me?!?!

I wouldnt go to the groomer for anything crazy, but as far as a bath and brush they did a great job on my Pomeranian. Shes normally very fearful and they took their time with her, she did fine.

Everytime i come to get water testing theyre always out of test report papers and if u have more than one tank you gotta write things down. Overall better than petco.

Employees are lazy and do nothing but play around. Theres dead fish and frogs in their aquariums. Stores a mess. Will not come back to this one.
