I am writing this review with regards to the Best Customer Service that Tina my service adviser gave us. She was amazing with her customer service and clarification of what was going on. Let me tell you a little about our situation. My daughter who attends UCSC and accidentally lost her keys and had the spare on the same ring. We called AAA and had her car towed to her house and we the parents went to the Hyundai Dealer here in San Diego and had keys made based off the VIN #. Fed-Exd them to my daughter and when she received them they would not work. We were at a loss so we called Salinas Hyundai and spoke with Tina and she said have the car towed here and they can work on it so we did. They were having the same issues Tina called in a specialist and he was able to get the correct keys done and saved me a lot of money. I cant state enough of the exemplary customer service Tina and all others involved gave us. Tina thank you again for your knowledge and quick support to a situation that might have been a frustrating situation for my 19 year old and a mom who is 8 hours away. Linda

service is awsome at salinas hyundai from my sales person to my service adviser(cris and hector )i do have a small suggestion even tho it wus explained to me by the not so friendly service manager that my car will not be washed for the simple reason that im not paying for a big service, i belive that even tho im not spending 100 or more on my service if my service writer said " were all done and oh by the way i took the liberty of spraying down your car so its looking fresh and clean for you " i would be soooo inloved with the service department and dealer. I just belive that a small gesture like that will have a big impact on me & id be going back to the dealer and would not mind paying extra just because of that.Anyways just a suggestion still very happy

I was very pleased with my experience and my salesman, Peter. At no time did I feel pressured, and I was expecting that kind of treatment. I got a little flustered when we got down to extra coverage decision making, but thats me, not anything he did. The finance manager made the paperwork easy and the whole experience was favorable. I am very proud of my first new car, and it was not what I went in thinking I wanted. That is not a bad thing in this case. Peter and the staff tried to get the vehicle from another location, but midstream I decided on another vehicle. I am proud of my decision and Peter facilitated it without tricking or pressuring me.

This dealership ALWAYS provides excellent service. The only reason my wait time to pick up/pay for my vehicle was due to conversation with employees regarding future needs and/or expectations. I also had to take my vehicle elsewhere to be smogged and that shop asked where I had it serviced. They asked how much did I pay for services I told him what I had done and when I told him he did not have anything else to say. I know he was looking for my future business but Im guessing the price I told him was too close to what he would have charged, as opposed to saying he could save me so much money. This made me even more satisfied with this dealership.

Hector, our salesman, was very knowledgable and had a lot of patience. We test drive several vehicles, both Hyundai and others, and he was by fair the most pleasant. He answered questions when asked, showed us different features on our drives and the. Let the car sell itself. He knew what we were looking for and didnt try to sell us things we didnt want. Very impressed. The paperwork and "getting the deal done" was painless and swift. Very pleasant experience and our car is turning heads. Thank you!

We previously owned a 1999 Elantr4a wagon and a 2000 Accent. Both were reliable and served us well. My wife now drives a 2015 Veloster and I now have the Elantra.
