Avoid all busines here particularly dealing with service manager gavino. My car was hit by their mechanic while getting serviced, they "fixed" it (sprayed over it) refused to pay for me to take it to be fixed by a professional. Service manager was rude loves interupting you in a middle of your sentance.Now the airbag sensor on the side they hit it wont come off, thankfully cardinale nissan is taking care of it next week. Emailed the lot manager too but no one cared finally filed a complaint through their corporation. They apologized because all they can do is file reports because its independently owned. Purchased several cars here because they have an amazing marketing and financing department (I stand by that) but due to their management I wont be returning there,thats for sure.

We did not end up purchasing the Maxima (drool, drool) because it didnt fit well with my wife. But I really appreciated the willing test drive, low pressure sales tactics (no rusty car salesmens hooks jabbed into our heals as we tried to walk away). The salesman, Rod, made good on his promise to call me within a half hour to give us his best price, knowing that we were test driving 5 different cars that day. It WAS a good price, but as I said the Maxima just didnt meet our needs at this time. The next time I go shopping for a car for myself, rather than for my wife, the Nissan Maxima will be top of my list, and the Salinas "MY Nissan" dealership will be MY first (and maybe only) stop.

Got new keys made there. Keys werent programmed right set off service light. Luckily immobilizer wasnt set off. Talked to manager Brian said I could rent a car for $50. New keys cant be made till Tuesday today being Sunday. I live an hour away and just want new keys that I paid for that work. Upon request for his superior contact info he gave me the number for a sex hotline I Google Nissan corporate info and will be voicing my concerns to them.Do not recommend this place. Would rather make a longer trip to next closest Nissan dealer

I had schedule an appointment for an oil change. I also scheduled an appointment for a problem I was having wit my car so the receptionist told me to bring it in and hour before so they could check it out. Got here and they said they had nothing available for diagnostic until 2 weeks from now. Theyre obviously not on the same page.

Everyone was polite, helpful. They fixed my issue, and upheld the quoted price. They also vacuumed my car, which I REALLY needed. I really, really appreciated that! I know they would have washed it, if I hadnt done it the day before. And the shuttle service was great.

Lio is awesome. They offered a courtesy wash, took my Nissan Rogue 2015 for maintenance without an appointment, offered me popcorn and coffee, plus free wifi. Staff is very friendly. I will definitely come back.
