Worst warranty repair service ever. Gave Cardinale Salinas a chance because my Mazda dealer changed ownership. Do Not try to tell their service manager Erica anything about auto repair because "her mechanics know everything with their 25+years of experience" [she must be referring to those constantly cussing anything and everything guys, who are certainly not concerned (at all) that people in their waiting room have to hear this...] now thats a bad experience, and unlike any repair shop Ive ever been to. When asked, I told them how to diagnose the intermittent transmission main pump noise since they understandably are not transmission specialists (transmission warranty replacement needed) they got pissy and service manager Erica returned my car refusing to work on it, and even canceled my free car rental (that had been previously agreed upon) so that I would have to pay for the 1-day rental cost. Hmmm...Maybe they should have asked if the customer also has 25+ years auto repair experience, which I do. I was just happy to get my car back without damage and never see them again. My car was repaired at another shop and that brings a genuine smile to my face, unlike the arrogant one Cardinale impressed on me. Let this dealer listen to their own cussing employees, I wont. Couldnt have asked for a better car buying process! Cardinale Mazda truly went above and beyond with their customer service. For example, they offered to take out a few dents and repaint the used car that I was buying, as they wanted to ensure that I was getting my vehicle in the very best condition. They even put me in a rental - free of charge - while I was waiting for these fixes to be made. Finally Michael, the main employee that helped me out, was diligent during the entire process. He has even followed up with me a few times AFTER Ive already taken home the car just to check up, see if the car is still running up to par, and offer to take a look at it if I feel there are any issues. You dont see that much nowadays. If you want a personable and pain-free car buying experience, definitely give this place a shot.

My 2010 TDI Sportwagen tranny went out, at 4:00 pm. on the day I was moving my office to another location. These guys are superb. Jesse in the service department (Jesse James, yes, thats his real name) called and got me a rental car, which Hertz brought to me since I was stranded at my new office. Mickele, the other service writer, is also wonderful to work with. These folks made a disastrous end of day alot easier for me. Thank God the car is still under warranty! This has been the only problem; til now I have just loved this car. Even at $4.39/gallon, I like getting 35 miles per. My experience here has been superior to the service recieved on true luxury cars like Infiniti.

they sold me a car that I immediately had to send back in for them to fix, instead of checking out the issue in a major part of the car before selling they waited for someone to purchase it and now they have had it longer than I have. Everytime they say someone will call, or call back they dont which leaves you calling like a crazy person. But other than all of that they have a gentlemen that does that paperwork that is fantastic, and makes the best exiting experience.

Paul and Beto were superb. I was simply browsing and getting information during my visit, but soon enough Paul greeted me and without being pushy at all began to educate me on options. And Beto the finance manager made it happen within my budget. I am extremely grateful to them both for the time and patience they took to ensure I made the right decision for me.

Evelyn and Juan are the best!!! No matter what service need with my 2008 Miata, Evelyn makes sure I get in and Juan makes sure all repairs are done as they should be. Cardinale is SO LUCKY to have the two of them working there. I have never been treated better and I want you to know how much I appreciate all that they do for me and how grateful I am!!!

Bad experience, especially following a stellar experience across the lot at Cardinale VW....Mazda accepted a deposit on a car to hold it until it was ready for test drive and sale...called us 2 days later to say the car had been sold to someone else. Classy moves. Maybe we arent completely soured on the Cardinale "way" but only time will tell.....

From start to finish Danny has been extremly helpful. When I inquired about a vehicle I recieved 2 calls back from 2 salesman. Danny was upbeat w/friendly tone. When I got to the dealership both him + his management staff worked w/my needs. I will definately recommend this dealership to anyone who I know is looking for a car.
