We had a great experience at Bay Quality Motors! My husband and I had been frantically car hunting all weekend as our one and only car had died on us and we needed something asap. We werent really impressed with any of the cars within our budget at the variety of dealers we had been to in Livermore and Dublin. We had seen a posting on Craigs List for a 2012 Ford Escape and it looked too good to be true! So we checked it out, test drove and knew it was the right car. Cyrus gave us great service and waited for us the next day to buy it so that we could pay with cash for a better deal. We really liked knowing that the car came from an auction and was previously owned by a company. Cyrus also took it to a mechanic of our choice to get it checked out so that we could have a thorough report of the car and everything checked out great. Dont count this dealership out when looking for a pre-owned car. Also look on Craigs list for their postings-were so thankful we did :)

2 weeks ago, my fiance and I were in search of a good little SUV. We stopped at few dealerships in Livermore and Fremont and at the end came back to this place. We were approved within minutes and got a good deal and good rate even though our credit score is not the best. The whole process took about 30 minutes. So far the car has been great and we love our new car. Our sales person Cyrus called us to make sure everything is going smooth. Very satisfied and we highly recommend this place. They even gave us a full tank of gas. :)

Bought an m3 from BQM. They were really knowledgeable and they had like 4 e36 m3s for themselves. Love my new car although the other e46 m3 was nice too but I love mine. Cyrus was easy to work with and Arian was really cool and knew too much about the m cars. Will come back for a second m3 or m5 soon.

I was looking for a Ford Escape and found a 2005 here. Cyrus was able to approve me there and I took the car home that night. Very happy with the car. No problems with the car at all. They even gave me a full tank of gas :) highly recommended. Their prices are actually lower than most dealers.
