This is regarding the service department. I recently moved here from Oregon and took my Cadillac in thinking I would get superior service from a recognized dealer. Boy was I wrong. I was quoted an amount for my oil change, car wash and tire rotation. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and didnt receive a call until almost 5 pm. Which is way too long for an oil change. When I arrived back at the dealership I realized that they had not completed the tire rotation as promised. I spoke with Brent and he apologized and made me an appointment for Monday morning to have it completed. I was fine with that. Almost as soon as I left my check engine light came on. So I drove right back. Only the service people were all gone for the day. I spoke with a salesman. He gave me the name of the service manager and told me to call in the morning. I and my boyfriend called several times without a call back. I still had my appointment. I took my vehicle back in at my scheduled time for my tire rotation. I asked for the service manager. He came out and was very apologetic. He promised he would get everything taken care of in a timely matter and offered a car wash as well. I again left my car for almost 7 hours. I get a call again stating it was ready. I arrive again, to see that the tires were not rotated. I was informed that my car, which has stock tires and Cadillac rims can not be rotated because the back tires are slightly larger than the front. They also decided to just give me a coupon for a free car wash instead of running it through themselves. What a disappointment! I left my vehicle all day and absolutely nothing was done. Not even the car wash. They did however hook it up to the computer to find out why my check engine light had been on even though it was more off. Im pretty sure that takes just a few minutes. Also, the service manager promised that he would personally see over my vehicle while it was there. Which also did not happen. I dont think they have any idea what they are doing there. They of all people should have known that my tires couldnt be rotated. I will never return there for any service ever!!! Just a bunch of empty promises and shotty work. Dont risk your vehicle with these people! I wish I could give them a Zero! I will make sure all my friends and family know not to take there vehicles here. Shame on you.

Update: Service department ONLY, not sure or had any experience with sales, etc....Took my 2011 Chevy Cruze to this place twice. Less than 23K miles on it, complaining about transmission problem. I was told that my car still is under the factory warranty, but they still want me to pay for diagnose to have them check. I said ok no problem. First time they said they fixed it and changed the ECM, just pay for the diagnosis fee. After couple of days same problem. Second time they told me change the battery,cable and thermostat housing and wanted me to pay for diagnose and parts and labor. I told them that its the same problem,I am not asking to check anything else. Why should I pay twice for the same thing (diagnose fee)? They said their Mechanic had to spend time to figure it out the problem, so you still have to pay for the diagnose. I paid for half diagnose this time and took my car out to get second opinion. This time I took my car to Elk Grove chevy. The problem was the thermostat this time ONLY, and guess what? Still under the factory warranty.....They didnt even charge me for a diagnosis fee....Wheelers wanted me to pay over $600 for something that still was under the warranty. STAY AWAY FROM WHEELER IN YUBA CITY. Always get a second opinion, no matter what or where you take your car for any repairs. This place is a joke.....By reading this they know who I am and what car is it.They should call ElK Grove and verify this. How is it that one dealer is telling me I have to pay and other says its still under the factory warranty! This is my last visit ever here and I will make sure all my friends, family and everyone else knows about this place. The best way is Facebook and here....DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS PLEASE. Save money and go somewhere else. This place needs to be shut down for good. They are a bad virus for this little community and they need to be removed from this city. PLEASE SHARE if you care......

One of the better experiences in purchasing a car. I was not really in the immediate market to purchase. I was browsing Autotrader and found this exceptional good looking low mileage Cadillac DTS. I contacted a Austen Duenas who responded promptly and was very professional and attentive to my inquiries. Purchase transaction and negotiations subject to car representation initiated by phone. Drove 80 miles to view car and buy if car was what was expected to be. Surprise -Surprise the car was much more that I had anticipated. a real jewel and a great price. Buying process experience with the Wheeler Auto Center Team, the staff I worked with Austen Duenas and finance manager Beth England who provided one of of my better car buying experiences ( I have purchased many cars in my life) . They were very professional no pressure at all and very accommodating. They are even fixing a minor issue which Im not sure they really have to...Great public relation and concern for their customers. Wheeler Auto Center I would recommend highly.

I baught floor mats for my new 2015chevrolet suburban and paid $317 for them. I asked for heavy duty floor mats and instead was sold some cheap flimsy bent up mats that came out of a box all rolled up. The sales guy told me to put them in back wards and said that they will straighten out in time. I asked for a refund and they charged me a 20% restocking fee. I asked them if i could get a full store credit and use it towards other purchases and they said no. The worst customer service ever, i would never recommend this place to any one in the indian community or any other community . This dealership is a rip off and dont care about the satisfaction of there customers. Keep the 20% ($60), and loose out on all the other upgrades and services i was going to get on my truck plus all my many family members and friends who own chevys whos business your company just lost.

I bought a used truck from Shane, he turned out to be a great salesman. I got home with the truck and right away found significant problems. My mechanic told me this truck should not have been sold in this condition. Shane and the sales manager assured me they would get it all worked out. I was 2.5 hours away from the dealership but these guys helped me get the work done local to me and they covered the cost. Shane stuck by me the whole time and went to bay more then once on my behalf and the higher ups backed him up and made things right for me. Now I love my new truck.
