PURCHASED OUR 2015 OUTBACK AT LASHERS SUBARU in ELK GROVE, CA . I Can Honestly Say; This was the SINGLE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE WEVE EVER HAD. LASHERS ELK GROVE SUBARU has lost our trust! And our recommendations and referrals! And Youve lost Subaru of North America our fidelity to the Subaru Brand! We owned a 1998 Subaru Legacy Wagon for 11 years AND a 1995 Subaru Forester for 8 years. Id been clamoring for a Subaru Outback for the last 8 years. When our car was totaled we needed a new car right away. My husband wanted a Toyota! I insisted on a Subaru Outback and thought Lashers Elk Grove would be the best option locally to purchase a new 2015 Outback. My husband agreed because he wanted me to be happy! We bought a 2015 Outback Premium. Imagine our surprise after the purchase when we discovered it wasnt the car I test drove, In fact, the car wed purchased hadnt even been on the lot. Id test drove a 2015 Green premium Outback 4 days prior. The salesman called and made me an offer..then moved the car Id driven off the lot, transferred in another Outback and parked exactly where the one Id driven had been parked. Same Color, Same options. Almost! But higher mileage and A different vehicle. I didnt realize it until we were about to head home. We feel we were deceived by the salesman and the Dealership refused to accept responsibility for the salesmans actions. I am beyond disgusted! Instead of feeling excited and happy with our New Outback. I dont trust that our vehicle is safe. With 25,000 miles on it.. It runs rough, has an incredible amount of wind noise. gets really poor gas mileage has had repeated alignments and has had 2 internal service bulletins. It is a horrible feeling when you spend 30,000$ and feel like youve stepped in Dog Sh*#. Oh, the Irony. LASHERS ELK GROVE SUBARU ,We ARENT feeling The Love! Never Again.

If I could give ZERO I would. I went with my girlfriend to look for a used 4Runner Limited w/leather seats they had on their website. Apparently it was sold and only had a SR5 w/cloth seats. I was approached by a POS salesman named Gary (about 6 tall, overweight, graying hair, smoker) who doesnt care who he smokes in front of. He wanted to up-sell me by adding leather to the SR5, I informed him its not the same and that is not what I am looking for. He then got an attitude apparently since I knew the difference between getting a Limited with stock leather seats and an SR5 that has cloth seats with leather covers. The packages are just different between the models. He point blank stated in a very loud, rude and pissed off attitude while pointing his finger towards me, "You are in my house. I am here to help you (as if he is doing me a favor), so tell me what you want and I will see to helping you!" My girlfriend and I could not believe he got all pissy with us. So I said I guess I dont need to be in your house and will gladly share my bad experience with an online review. He said, "Excellent, you go do that!" I asked what his name was and he said Gary. Here I was seriously looking to buy a 4Runner TODAY and I got the worst salesman of the year in my face. So if you do go to Elk Grove Dodge, realize that Gary is there doing us favors. I guess he didnt care for any commission today.

I just bought my 12 TL From here over the weekend after looking around for quite some time. Honestly I was expecting the "typical car buying experience" and wasnt really looking forward to it as I also know Im having to rebuild my credit a bit from previous divorce damage. However, once I got to the the car lot, I received a very friendly greeting to which I responded "Oh, were just looking around for now".... and poof... no pressure at all. My Son and I walked around the lot freely for about an hour while I looked around, it was great! I found exactly what I was looking for. The actual Sales process with Mr Robbie Kwock was beyond expectations. Everything was smooth, professional and even enjoyable... we had a GREAT time buying this car! Now I look forward to a very rewarding experience with with my TL and the Elk Grove Acura Family!

After doing much internet shopping for a used Sonata, we found one that was super clean at Lasher Acura in Elk Grove. I sent an e-mail requesting a test drive and got an immediate response from Graham. We made an appointment to go up and take a test drive that evening. The car was parked out front waiting for us. Graham greeted us and made us feel welcome and comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the car and we had a great test drive. We purchased the car and felt no pressure at all, which is not always the case at some dealerships. Graham and Robert worked hard to find us the right combination of terms to meet our payment needs. Buying from Lasher was a great overall experience. They made car buying very easy. If they have the car you want, go see them. Big shout out to Graham, Thanks!!!

JUST TO LET EVERY BODY KNOW JUST HOW NICE IT IS GOING TO LASHERS JEEP SERVICE IN ELK GROVE: I whent in for some recall on my jeep and JOSH IN SERVICE , is GOOD SERVICE WRIGHTER , he took me in with out and appt. and serviced my jeep and done it while I WAITED AROUND AND WITH NO HASSEL DONE MY CAR UNDER AND SAID JUST HANG OUT AND WE CAN GET YOU OUT REAL QUICK. well he done just what he said and a tech. named don even came out and talked to me about the repair and techs. dont come out and talk to customers but this one did and made me feel real good that there is still a dealership that does take the time for there customers . A BIG YELP OUIT TO ELK GROVE JEEP OR SHOULD I SAY LASHER SERVICE IS ONE ON THERE OWN. THANK YOU!!!

We found the vehicle we wanted from Lasher Acura of Elk Groves website. Wasnt sure how the experience would be, but as soon as we met Tony Commandatore, sales associate, we knew it was going to be a pleasurable experience. Tony was great and very accommodating. I would highly recommend that you see him if you are looking for a vehicle. Very professional and very personable. He made us feel comfortable and answered all of our questions. After doing alot of research for a vehicle online, I finally found a 2013 Honda Accord V-6 that I fell in love with at Lashers Acura. Tony Rivas, internet sales, was an awesome sales associate and made my buying experience a GREAT one! I was greeted with excellant customer service by the sales department and received a great deal on the vehicle. Im very happy with my decision to purchase from Lashers Acura of Elk Grove.
