Scam Artists!!! This is the second vehicle that I have purchased through this dealership. With the first vehicle Monica R. Helped me through a long process of getting into a car being that my credit wasnt the greatest. Unfortunately when I came back to purchase my current vehicle after the 1st was totaled Monica R. Was no longer with them but I still stuck with Livermore Toyota because I felt they helped me in a tough situation. Unfortunately my second experience is enough for me to NEVER return and I hope it makes you second guess wasting your time here also. The salesman who ended up helping me was James Wyche who was a nice enough guy, I told him that my credit was better then before but still not good. I told Him this initially knowing that would disqualify me from a chunk of vehicles. Instead of running my credit first I then wasted hours getting excited & test driving about 3-5 Cars and none of them was I accepted for. It was disappointing and frustrating but James fixed the situation and I came out with a great option after days of back and forth phonecalls. Fast forward...Ive signed all the paperwork & drove off in my new car excited!!! No more then 24hrs later I get 8 phone calls all within 15minutes.....Calls from "Marshall" I believe his name was who was handling my finance application, not only from his office phone but from his personal cell. I felt very uncomfortable by this...when I finally am able to answer he tells me there are "slight changes in my contract" & he needs me to sign the correct contract immediately...asked if he could meet up with me to do so. Again making me very uncomfortable. Fast forward....I walk into the dealership to deal with the new contracts. Im then told that GAP insurance isnt approved, I would not accept that so he put it back, after printing out another contract now for the 3rd time...THEY ALSO TOOK OFF my tire maintenance package saying it wasnt approved. Again I would not accept this so they put it back. At this point I feel like they tried to trick me into signing a COMPLETELY different contract not a contract with slight changes. I got what I had initially agreed To so I moved on.... Here we are close to 45 days later & I go to pay my car payment(10 days earlier then was due) Im informed by the company I THINK is my finance company that Im not in the system and to call the dealership. I call immediately and ALEX IN FINANCE tells me that I never gave them proof of my total loss which is a COMPLETE lie I gave it to James Wyche to make a copy of while I was there!!! ALEX then tells me to resend it, which I do. Next day I call leave a message, No return call. Second day(today) I call and Alex is not the are the man I spoke to from finance tells me if I dont send the proof of loss I will need to bring the car back!!!!!! Mind you, I NEVER got a call from then I CALLED TO MAKE SURE everything is right and now Im being threatened to have my car taken because they did not have their ducks in a row???? Convinced Ive been targeted & discriminated against because of my credit, I WILL NEVER USE LIVERMORE TOYOTA AGAIN & WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE ELSE TO THESE SCAM ARTISTS.

Our sincere thanks to Livermore Toyota for making our new car buying process a pleasure. My wife and myself were looking for our 2nd new car in 15 years and we own 2 hondas! We were kind of undecided on which car to buy when we went in this Saturday afternoon. The entire team of people whom we interacted with included Colt, who gave us initial pointers as to what we could be looking for and showed us the different models of Camries and Priuses.Once we decided to go for the Prius 2 2015 model, Datrine, who was our main sales guy(he is funny) had a ton of patience with us and sat through trough the price negotiation process and the paperwork without putting any kind of pressure. For the price we asked, he had to bring in his boss Gus, who got us an out the door price that we asked. When Gus came back after a while with an OK after a little haggling, we showed him another reference point which we thought was even lesser than what he had gotten at that point. He explained without frowning that there was no much money they were making but still offered to consult his big boss Ahmed. In came Ahmed and when we told him that if he gave the car for the asking price, we would be happy, he yielded and we were thrilled!. We were now referred to the Financing dept since we decided to try our luck with Toyota Financing itself. Stepanie gave us a such a fantastic deal for 72 months and threw in a lot of freebies to make us happy and we were overjoyed!. We signed all the papers, and after all the congratulations, waited for some time for the car to be ready. Daisy then went thru the car details with us(we had no clue about the Prius before) and so it was very helpful. The entire process of car buying was over within 5 hours given that we walked in! All in all, the impression we got was that Livermore Toyota really does car about its customers and want to make them really happy. 2 tips for buyers: 1.You need to be serious and get down to the table with an asking price. 2. You need to have a good credible source of reference point for your asking price. We would highly recommend Livermore Toyota. Will definitely be back next time around! Cheers, Bharath & Saroja

The experience was most horrible in my entire life. I bought a pre-owned certified car from Livermore Toyota. So a few days later, I notice the bumper is popping out. I thought its a minor issue, so I didn’t call them up for this right away (because my servicing appointment was already set for some other major issues like lights not working, fog light dangling even after their promising 160 points check). I brought my car for service on the appointed date. The service guy came and took over the keys walk thru the car, and didn’t notice any dent or so. Eventually, the sales manager told me DISRESPECTFULLY that they will not fix it because there is a dent and this has happened after I took the car out of the showroom. I clearly told him that I noticed this problem a week after I purchased this car(its such a small thing that its not visible right away). There has been no accident with this car and there was NO dent till I brought my car for servicing today. If there was dent than the guy who did the walk through in front of me should have shown it to me and thats the practice but he didn’t show me anything. So there is a foul play here by artificially adding a dent now and putting the blame on the customer(me) just because they have to replace the bumper and it would cost them $$$.There was no answer to my question “why I was not shown this dent when I brought in this car?”. My insurance deductible is $100. I do not have to take this insult for $100. I requested the receptionist(in front of sales manager)to connect me or set up an appointment with the finance manager as I have some questions regarding my loan and packages I purchased/financed.The sales manager(David) RUDELY told me that I cannot talk to anybody. The receptionist told me she cannot setup anything for me as finance manager is busy with other customers.I politely reminded that I am also a customer and I have all rights to setup an appointment with him. If it cannot be today, setup an appointment for another day.She said they don’t do that. When I asked then how do I reach a finance manager who can answer my questions. Her response was “I don’t know”.
