ve bought many cars in my 72 years of walking upright on Planet Earth and have never had a better experience than this one at Abel Chevy-Buick. My Sales Agent Chris Harding kept me fully informed on the progress of my purchase and the status of shipment of my new Bolt as it travelled across the country. He arranged a convenient way for me to get to the dealership which is quite far from where I live (they had the color and option package I wanted on order and nobody else in the Bay Area could offer me delivery as quickly). Once at the dealership, Chris personably and professionally walked me through the sign in process for all the apps built into the carl and spent all the time necessary to get me familiarized with the vehicle before actually getting into the car. He then turned me over to Chris Di Maggio, the finance guy, who marched us through the paperwork in minutes, a major improvement to the 9 hours (!!!) and repeated return visits (3) I had to make to the Nissan dealership when I acquired the Leaf as they screwed up multiple times. Despite the fact that hes a Steelers fan, Chris D is a stand up guy who did his job in expert fashion with a great personality. Then Chris Harding took me out to the car and patiently walked me through the basics of the cars many systems and features. He was FABULOUS!!! This also contrasts with my experience at Nissan where the person introducing me to the car had to read the manual (apparently for the first time) to answer the most basic questions. Night and day different experiences! Abel Chevy-Buick rocks! I am going to push my friends to make the long trip out there to look at their offerings should they desire one of their products. So, major props to Abel... and to Chevy/GM for making sure their Bolt dealers really know their products... and really know how to make customers happy!!! They answered every question I had, really helped me get a head start on learning about my new baby and made me feel like a valued customer.

I recently purchased a very low mileage collector edition Camaro SS. After two months of research and hearing word of mouth, I discovered Rich at Abel. After some emails back and forth, setting up an appointment, and having free time to get the car just about 100 miles from my house to Abel I have nothing but good things to say about Rich and his staff. What a class bunch of people that work at Abel! I only had some simple service and maintenence things done but I will certainly be back to let them take care of all my Chevrolet needs. Rich and one of the guys working the desk took me on a tour of the facility, showed me some of the incredible customer cars they work on and even introduced me to the lovely shop dog. Rich and the mechanic who worked on my car went over all the tasks, reasons why they wanted to do things and pricing up front. If you have a corvette or interested in buying one you need to come here! If you are interested in buying any vehicle, you need to come here. This place has excellent customer service and has a friendly/family atmosphere. Derek Abel is not only a professional business man but he is just a good person who I have known for years. He hires quality people and people he considers family. If you need service. Go see Rich. Rich is well known in the corvette world and a well known Autocross racer. Hes been at Abel for years and knows his stuff. Rich is also a great person who I have known for years. His staff and the guys working for him would agree! I have never had a bad experience out of all the years I have been taking my vehicles here. They are friendly, professional, and fair. It is definitley worth the drive. Keep up the good work fellas!!!

I had bought my Buick Encore from a Dealership in the immediate Bay Area. It was your typical large car shop, reasonably friendly, somewhat helpful, and very inconvenient for appointments. I found Abel Buick on a search for an alternative place to get my Encore serviced. What a pleasant surprise! The staff greeted my like an old friend. They actually listened to me, told me exactly what they would be doing and how long it would take. They even recommended a great place to have lunch while my car was being serviced, giving me a ride there and back. My car was done in about a third less time than it took at the other Dealership for the same type of service. The price was very fair and the job was well done. Theyve even got a "house dog" who will keep you company while you wait. All in all, a GREAT experience that I am looking forward to repeating!

We recently purchased a used vehicle at this location. We called ahead and asked abut a certain vehicle. When we arrived they had it sitting out in front ready for us to look at, and drive. Not only that they had printed a little sign on it with "Reserved for (out last name)" its little touches like that, that make lasting impressions. Our transactions were smooth and easy. While we were thereally several members from the community either stopped in or drove past/waving and saying hi to some of the employees. Thats a great sign too! Anyhow the owners made it a point to stop by and say hello, and Anthony made our transaction as smooth and painless as could be. We will be highly recommending Abel Chevrolet to our friends and family! Thanks again!

Crooks here lied to me. Had my car towed more than 35 miles due to the info they gave me- which was greatly incorrect! Over an 1,000$ discrepancy! Super rude and the person I spoke with lied to his manager 3 times in front of me! If you are looking for good people who help with great customer service dont come here! SO RUDE! And lie after lie!! We ditched our car after being treated so poorly we turned around and bought a Honda. Its sad after 3 generations of our family being Chevy owners- Chevrolet now values employees who lie to customers and to each other. Integrity can not be found here folks! What an awesome experience at the Honda at Fairfield! We will never look back!

The salesperson was only interested about selling a truck to me. Did not listen to what he said or even what I said. Caught him in several lies when he was talking to me. Bought the vehicle after the dealership was closed but never attempted the next day to set up a appointment to detail the vehicle or for a first maintenance appointment. I have been buying vehicles since the late 90s. I have purchased at least 7 vehicles since then and this would be rated the worst experience possible. An automated online process would have had better reviews than this kid.

After shopping at 4 dealerships, I got the best price and service here. The salesman and owner were really nice and were never pushy at all. We were looking for something really specific and had to order it from the factory. They walked us through the steps and kept us informed of updates in the process. Id recommend these guys to anyone - especially if youre looking to order something new from the factory. I was also very satisfied with their pricing and never had to haggle at all.
