NIGHTMARE! This is a mixed review starting off with selling a truck to this horrible dealership and it just got worse. The vehicle (f150) was valued at $27,500 & paid off, low miles with ALLOT of aftermarket goodies. I have been around enough to know that selling a vehicle to a dealership is not the best route BUT due to need I had few options at the time. It was fast and a price had been previously agreed, photos sent etc. I did not live in the area so got a ride and undertook the 2+ hr., drive from the Bay Area to to speak to what would be a long list of front men. After being put off for another 30 minutes while the took a 5 minute look at the vehicle they came back SURPRISE lowballed and changed the offer. THEY have a "no games" strait offer (or called something like that policy). They lie. So, take into consideration the truck is 9% or better, 4X4 KingRanch Premium everything with aftermarket exhaust, $5000 stereo system, nav, backup camera, spray in bedlinen, camper shell, good tires. They offered $20,000 and that is what I agreed to. Problem is once I did, the games started. They obviously took the position the could have gotten it cheaper. So they started making up problems AFTER looking it over again... and making the initial offer which I accepted. Tires, ugh, needs tires, got to re-key it (they have to anyway so no one else has a spare set). I mean 3 hrs later I am now pissed and so is the old guy I asked to take go with me who thought this were in in and out prop. Not to mention they had said that dont worry about someone following you, we will get you back on Amtrak *free. Nice break after, relax So now three + hrs., later...I am getting pressured from all sides and because I had already committed to moving and people were dependent upon my word I said hell with it, fine, get this done now. Two hrs later...going to head home (no check and have to wait a few business days for it to be sent) we are down at Amtrak. Get ready to get on and they dont recall suddenly they are to pay...which trust me...they would have IF I had not been prescreened and yanked out of line because my drivers license had expired and I had not realized it! Lady (NOT..witch more like it) you NO ride, you go, out line now! Excuse me??? Thats right, a woman who cant even speak the language is trying to tell me I am a possible threat to my Country for having an expired license. This is not the dealerships fault. But it sure was not making it ANY better. So while trying to get this hammered out, I realize DAMN, I left my bag and some personal effects locked in the truck. I was assured that the truck was secured and there was no need to worry, just can back in the morning and they would mail them back with the check. So, ended up instead of Amtrak we got Greyhound...fine...even with the black couple yelling at one another the entire time about how expensive her new hair is. So, next morning I follow up and call. First guy, told hes gone for a few days? What? Just told me to calm next day. So left message, spoke to the second salesman I recalled from the day before. Hum, what were they again? I had emailed now and called 4-5 times over the following 2 days. Oh yeah, they are right here...yeah...finally! So I thought. Not cheap items but little momentous from my late wife, priceless to me that hung from the rear view mirror. So, at least they had those, thank God! Took instead of 2 business days to get the check after 5. Also to my great dismay not one of my items they said they would mail me were there. I immediately wrote and called, very upset.. Same lies again and again excpt they would not reply back. I never received my precious keepsakes and am still waiting for the call back 1 year later! YOU PEOPLE SUCK, have NO HEART and LIE. Dont get burned by these fallen for it. Take a lesson from my mistakes.

I came in after viewing a van online Hedie was a pleasent woman with great customer service. We decided to head down to the dealership to view the van in person. We noticed a few items that were damaged. The van door handle was very lose and appeared to almost look like it was broken the middle passenger seat had a hugh hole were the fabric was badly torn the seats were very dirty(all) and the dash cover were the gages are had a big crack that appears to allow you to almost put your fingers through it. I mentioned thess damages to Hedie who immediatly got her supervisor. WHen he arrived he walked the van and than made his decisions. I will repair the handle and fix the hole in seat I will not repair the crack in the dash plastic by the gages. As we talked more it appeared that the repair may be costly to the dealership and with no concern that he was acknowledging that to the customer potentially buying the car he than states he will have his guys take a look at it and see if they can seal the crack. At the time of signing the words on the repair bill were not at all what was discussed prior to agreement to purchase. To make this story short as a manager of this dealership this gentlemens arrogant deemenor was completly out of line the repair bill had if possible in more than one place as if the dealership would not be responsible if they tried to reapir and the repair failed on more than one occassion this manager said he will just throw this contract out and we can walk away what right does this gentlemen have to threaten a fully approved customer on a 17000 van? Not only was that an argument but the fact that this gentlemen made my buying experience sucha negative one I will never be back I will never refer anyone and I will post my experience in the local paper just so others can know what a rude person you have working for you. Not only did we barely get the repairs listed on the repair bill the dealership left us on empty as we drove out of the lot they couldnt even put gas in the van!!!! oh and one last thing this gentlemen decided to inform me his dealership is not making any money on the car..... gee like I should feel guilty that Im not paying more for the van and he also liked to point out the van is used so I should be happy with what Im getting! if I didnt have grand kids and in need of this van I would have walked away I would love to speak not with the GM of this dealership but the corporation to Miata they should know what arrogant assholes they are hiring!

I bought a 2014 Chevy Cruz LT in Feburary 2015. I have taken it to the dealer 4 times now for engine problems. The car is still covered under the 100,000 mile warrany so I have not payed for any of the parts replaced or work done. I am a college student and do not have the time or money to be taking the car to get fixed everytime the engine light comes on. The last time I took it to the dealer it stayed there for 2 days. When I went to pick it up I talked to Rigo Vidalez about the situation. He said he would call me back "tomorrow or Monday" (this happened Thursday of last week) so he could talk to the guy (Tom?) who would talk to GM about the problem and what they could do about it. I left my and my cobuyers contact information aswell as information about the car. Its been a full week and Im still waiting for his call. I doubt Ill get a call. I can guarantee they are hoping the warranty runs out soon so I can stop bugging them. If this is the kind of service and help the dealership gives, good luck staying in business. The smiles are not worth the hassle. I do NOT recommend buying anything from here.
