I moved to Richmond due to a new job and I needed a bed as soon as possible. As a recent young professional, this was my first foray in buying a "real" mattress. Im glad I went for Sleep Train in the Richmond location. The person who helped me out was Kevin Matthews and he was really great: personable, professional, helpful. He asked me initial questions to get an idea what sort of bed might be right for me. With each bed I saw and laid on, he explained every one of them and how they were different from one another, why a certain type appeared softer or warmer to me, among others. He was very patient especially since I asked to try out a few beds more than two times. He brought up questions I hadnt even considered prior to walking into the store. Kevin made sure to answer my questions thoroughly. Also, in terms of the store milieu, it was very clean, organized, and quiet. Lastly, the delivery was on time and the people who set it up were friendly. My experience of buying my first mattress couldnt have gone better. A big "Thank you!" to Kevin and Sleep Train.
