Purchased two Rocker Recliners. One small, short one for my wife and one Big one for me (Big Man)...... Purchased also a riser package to raise my recliner up by 2-1/2". Ordered August 5th 2016 -- delivered Sept 3rd 2016. Finally placed chairs in living room and BOTH no correct. The factory Raised my wifes chair and not mine. Called & they stated they would fix the problem in my home on November 18th. Complained WHY So Far out..... Stated they were busy and only one person to do the repairs. 1-week prior to repair date, received a call & they moved the repair date to December 9th. So from September 3rd to December 9th we couldnt really use the chairs (3-Months) Their fault & no consideration to fix the problem in a more timely manner. For their exorbitant pricing of the products (even though the quality is very good) you would think customer service would be a high priority...... Nope.... Nope Nope...... Once they get your $$$ they could care less. Ive used la-z-boy for over 50 years & this is my LAST Purchase from Them!

Avoid this place at all cost. Ordered a custom color sectional that took almost a year to get. In the meantime, they held the full balance of my money hostage by telling me my furniture was ready for delivery. That was a flat out lie. Turned out that the furniture arrived to the delivery warehouse damaged. Lazboy collected the balance of the money, scheduled delivery before notifying me of the damage. I waited at home not once but twice for a scheduled delivery that never came. They didnt even have the decency to call to let me know that they were not going to show. The store manager Mike has zero customer service skills and should be fired. I know he wont be though. After speaking to the lazboy corporate, hes probably considered a model employee. It appears that the lazboy mission statement is, " The Customer Is Always Wrong". Thats just plain LAZY

I went in to buy a chair and I was very clear a few times that i wanted to check them out on my own but the lady kept following me.... At one point i had lost her, thank god! My wife looking at a chair when she ran back up and started talking about it then sat in it to tell me how comfortable it was.... Why am i not sitting in the chair??? So we left because obviously she wasnt going to leave us alone to make up our own minds.
