Purchased a Parsons table with white top. Two deliveries - both defective. Waited 4 weeks for first delivery, then 2 more weeks for second. Because I needed a table, I ended up contacting the store while the delivery guys waited to see if I could negotiate a discount if I accepted the second defective table. They reluctantly gave it to me - made me and the delivery guys wait for a good 20 minutes before they came back on the phone to agree to the discount. Then I asked to have delivery refunded - afterall, why should I pay for delivery of a defective product? They made me wait again, then reluctantly gave it to me. Probably with the hope that I wouldnt write a bad review, but I have to let my fellow consumers know! I believe Crate & Barrel deliberately ships defective product with the hope that youll accept it so that they dont have to eat the cost of scrapping it. OH and let me mention that when I called the store to schedule my second delivery, the poorly trained, inexperienced Customer Service person screwed up my bill and did not correctly schedule the delivery appointment, which I didnt know until I received a call stating that my delivery was going to arrive on such and such a day - the wrong day. I will never buy anything from Crate & Barrel again.

Crate and Barrel has some really great products and this is a lovely, well laid out store. Service has generally been good over many visits. Pickups of items ordered online from the back of the store have occasionally been a touch slow though. But overall great experience at this convenient location.

We were paying for our items here and the sales rep. practically yelled at us when we asked a simple question. Extremely rude older lady sales rep. with horrible customer service skills. Very disappointed in the people here especially after we purchased our items.

Wide assortment of kitchenware with modern design. Great quality furniture upstairs. Larger than other crate and barrel stores I have shopped at in the past. This feels more upscale.

Huge C&B, definitely larger than the one in SF and feels larger than the one in San Jose as well. Amazing service with friendly staff. Come early in the day to beat the crowds.
