My wife and I had a most pleasant shopping experience at Crate & Barrel in Bellevue, WA. Excellent customer service is not dead! We were shopping for a toaster oven to replace our 10+ year old one. I found several on the internet, but we like to see things before buying them, and be able to take them home when we find what we like. One that looked suitable to meet some storage space restrictions we have and had features we want was a Cuisinart in stock at Crate & Barrel. Our sales person, Vera, was most helpful. I have back problems and could not stoop down to examine the device on the bottom shelf, so Vera took it out and found a place to put it so I could see the oven and the controls and measure some critical dimensions. We bought the toaster oven and Vera carried it to our car. We couldnt have been happier with Crate & Barrel.

I have made many purchases from Bellevue Collections Crate and Barrel through the years: from wedding gifts, to birthday gifts, to big purchase items such as furnishings for my own home. The sales associates have been nothing short of accommodating, informative, and have bent over backwards in personally reaching out if there was ever a delay in ordering or savings that I could have taken advantage of. This is my first go-to store for all of my gift giving and home decor/furnishing needs.

Crate and Barrel is pretty overpriced for still being made in China. The staff here were nice and there was more staff than people shopping. The problem is: why would you spend $100 on a bowl of pinecones? Substitute pinecones with whatever "texture" "natural" element is hip but still cheap looking and nobody will think you spent more than $1 on it... But you spent $100.

This is where we came to register for our wedding. The nice thing is you can park in the parking structure and enter without having to go into the mall. While the mall is nice, it is still a mall and id prefer to never have to go into one. Parking can be hairy, so get here early. Make sure to look in their clearance section!

I had a problem with a 5 year old leather chair and ottoman, when the otto faded to a different color from the chair, turns out they were different dye lots. C and B replaced the otto for me, now they look great together again, and I am very satisfied with the customer service. Fantastic job all round.

Top-notch quality. I go to Crate & Barrel for all of my cooking ware. The selection is impeccable and fits any kitchen styling. The top floor features the majority of their in-store furniture selection which is also very versatile to fit with any design style.

Crate and Barrel have a lot of neat things but their prices can be kind of on the high end. If youre looking for something from Pottery Barn just go to Crate and Barrel for things a lot cheaper.

I dont get what all the hype is about. They are FAR too pricey for simple items. Id rather get a look-a-like from Target or Ikea.
