Where to begin? Yes, this will be long but so worth reading! So the furniture is decent but dont expect to negotiate prices here, which is fine because the prices are pretty on par with all of their competitors. We ordered a twin bed/night stand and dining table. That transaction was fine. Two weeks later we came in to order our living room set. I spent 5 hours deciding which entertainment center worked best with the coffee table I wanted. Finally got the perfect set, couch, loveseat, cocktail table, end table, entertainment stand and a lamp. I knew the stuff would take about 6 weeks to come in. No worries, Id wait. We went in yesterday to look at a bed set because the sales lady, Sarah said it came in. We loved it and were about to buy it after seeing the measurements. She says very casually that the entertainment center we ordered has to be sold as a huge unit not just the stand so they refunded us and to go pick out another one. Checked, no refund and I looked at the stand she was suggesting. Not the same color and not what I wanted. I then became upset because I was shown stands that were more expensive and it was their fault for the mistake. Apparently shes new and didnt know. Fine, I look at the other sets and im not seeing what I want. I ask if I can just cancel the entire order because it seems pretty unfair that I have to pay more for their problem. The manager, Wanda, is a nightmare! Very rude and condescending. She said I wasted the sales girls time. Im like ummm thats her job to sell. I bought but you made a mistake. She would not budge on anything. Common business sense, you give me an entertainment center for the same cost as the original which is knocking off $100 or you dont and lose a $5000 sale. It was their mistake. She would not and expressed that we can just cancel and leave. I dont know if shes racist (we are middle eastern) or if shes just naturally mean spirited but I canceled my entire order because of her attitude. I will not give my money to someone who doesnt want my business and says I wasted their time over something that was her fault not mine. Stay away, they dont appreciate your business and will bully you!

Estimated 4-6 weeks delivery on bed and dining table, but wrote 6-8 "just in case". After 8 weeks, they could not provide an estimate on when the table would be available. I was offered the floor model at a 5% discount, at which point I canceled the table order and negotiated a reduced shipping on the bed. When the bed was delivered, I found that the online pictures and description did not accurately represent the item, which had pilling (intentional?) ALL OVER the upholstery. But I cant refund it because they charge $89 to pick it up and then a 30% restocking fee, on top of what I paid to have it shipped out. So I am now out basically SOL. **UPDATE: Was able to exchange to a different bed without a restocking fee, but did have to pay another delivery fee. I think the moral is to be absolutely sure about anything you want to buy here (i.e. dont buy ANYTHING that you dont first see in-store), and be prepared to wait several months or longer for delivery if they dont have it already stocked in their warehouse. Also be aware that everything is sold as-is, so even if you receive a defective item you will probably have to pay at minimum an extra shipping fee to exchange, and likely a restocking fee of 30% if you want to return.

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had purchasing anything. I got no help determining if it would fit into my space, was told to bring my own tape measure, but assured that all the parts would come apart. Multiple times. Ultimately, I had to call another store and place the order through the website in order to get dimensions (and once again assured that it came apart into pieces of certain sizes), and told that they would take my old furniture away. I wait a month for the furniture delivery to be arranged, and then get a call where they inform me that, in fact, they do not take old furniture away. Which is fine, but I was on a business trip at the time. So I arrange with some friends to deal with the problem, only for the delivery to show up and it turns out the corner piece of the sectional doesnt come apart, so they have to take the whole thing back. So now Im sitting here, with a mostly empty living room, short thousands of dollars and have basically been lied to about every individual component of the process. Under no conditions should you use them, and if you do, my advice is to operate under the assumption that literally everything they are telling you is a lie.

We started our search for a new bedroom set at furniture factory direct and found one we really liked that was very affordable. We decided to go look at other options and spend an entire Saturday looking at different places. Although we found some great sets at other places the prices were just ridiculous and no stores we went to had any affordable options that werent pieces of crap. In the end, we ended up right back where we started at furniture factory direct. We got an awesome bedroom set that actually looks like it we paid a lot more for it than we did. The quality of the furniture is great, the price was great, the staff was awesome, and the buying process was easy. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for good quality furniture at a cheaper price to start here.

Its is the FRIST time I rate ONE STAR. The management in deed the WORST out of entire Seattle furniture sells. 1) We agreed the bed frame & mattress will be delivered on week1, but only bed frame were delivered,not mattress. 2) They KNOW the deliver gonna be late but didnt tell you. Because that my friends who came that week had to stay in hotel. 3) Week 2, mattress still not delivered! They want to dump the sample mattress to me as original price. They said it is as good as new. 4) finally week 3 they made the delivery. Deliver guy doesnt shoes off. 5) the manager is very arrogant and But the sells jahphet is very reasonable and customer focused

I dont even have to go into this store to know I wouldnt go into it. After reading customer reviews and then reading the response from Zarko Todorov CEO Furniture Factory Direct" it seems this CEO hasnt learned one thing from his owning a business. CUSTOMERS COME FIRST! You responded with excuses. Not resolutions to your customer complaints. That says a lot about the reputation of your company. If the customer isnt right then neither is the seller for not finding a way to resolve the dissatisfaction of customers. Consider this a fail for FFD.

Promised same day delivery for extra charges but on calling to check status of delivery,I was told the delivery was missed and given other day option. Sales executives promising in word however not keeping up. Feels very bad

It was like awesome experience the sale person was so nice n kind.....v made deal within 15min.....and got great sofa.....strongly recommend dis store.....happy to c finally sum thing wth Good quality and in our budget......
