My initial visit was satisfactory, since I recieved my funiture its been nothing but disappointment. I will try to post pictures. I live in los angeles so I really get awful customers service because of the distance. I went from happy customer to regretfully signing a contract for $1600 sofas and $1500 in cheap bedroom sets, its barely 2 weeks the leg on the sofa fell off. I discovered they affixed rusty old screws to attach the legs along with the original screw, to the sofas because the holes was drilled too large.They did not make me aware nor suggest to take the sofas back to the warehouse and give me my value worth. When I recieved my bedroom sets. Totally disappointed. I am going to file with the Better Business Bureau and if they dont replace my sofas I may have to get a lawyer. It is a 90 day warranty i have about 12 days in. I have a contract with them and I am only asking for my value worth. Not to mention the pillows on my sofa is already shredding apart. The sofa was displayed with 8 pillows I only recieved 5. My contract states I should recieve my funiture as seen. I can go on and on. In resolving these issues Julio has went from great customer service to know rude and disrespectful. I only want my value worth for this large contract. I deserve respect and the same customer service before signing the contract. I wish I can post pictures and share our phone conversations. Went from Excited and Happy To Regretfully Disappointed !

My Fiancé and I walked in to the store not prepared to buy our couch, mainly just to look around. We asked Julio about some certain couches and prices, he gave us the info and some suggestions. We kept taking a look around the store and found some couches we liked Julio then assisted us very well with the couches we chose. He showed us all the different type of fabrics and colors we could get and made it super easy to choose the style and colors. Julio went above and behind to help is not only choosing the couches but also with the transaction. He was very clear on everything and answered all of our concerns. My fiancée and I will definitely be back and we will definitely recommend La Furniture Center.

Purchased a Cal.King bedroom set and Mattress love love it mattress is so comfortable big its huge for me,hubby and baby but I gave them 3 stars because of delivery so my items were supposed to be delivered friday at 11am but received a call saying they dropped and broke items could they come at 5pm sure why not paid 100 dollars for delivery they got here put everything together everything look right upon inspection after put together when they left I took a closer look to find that on the dresser 2 knobs are missing,on my bed frame its chipped on the bottom and at the foot of the bed there is still staples with cardboard attached to it smh shame on delivery guys not cool

Just purchased a new sofa and love seat from LA Furniture Center and Im quite pleased with the service. I found them online and just decided to give their website a try and then from there I decided to visit the store. Julio was who helped my husband and I find the perfect set, within our budget. He was very knowledgeable on all the materials, brands, etc. Julio was friendly and funny and just made the process seem less. I definitely recommend LA Furniture Center for all your furniture needs.

Worse experience, they can never tell you when a shipment will arrive. If the person that sold you the item you bought isnt there they refuse to help you. Do not go to the Van Nuys location. I got nothing but a run around on getting my item, every time I called they said "maybe Thursday or Tuesday, its out of my hands." Not worth the aggravation.

My experience was excellent at the Northridge store. The manager (Julio) was very personable.....great customer service skills. He shared with me...that he has been in the business for nearly 20 yrs. Shopping here was a great experience. The salespeople were very helpful and thoroughly explained how the in-house financing program works. I left with a new sofa and loveseat. Ill definitely be back if I ever need new furniture again. Ask for the owner, Ricardo Aguilar. Hes extremely nice and goes out of his way to make sure youre taken care.

This place is full of crooks do not i beg you do not buy in this place I bought some furniture that was already damage and they would take of the problem instead they told us that if we wanted this cheap sofas fixed that we had to pay for them to fix them
