Verry very bad service ... really dont come to this store... I would rate it to "0" if possible . At first I bought bunch of furnitures one month and earlier and scheduled for delivery after one month for our new home. We liked the sales manager whom we were dealing on that day.. We came later after one month to add some other furnitures. The store manager named "Juan" he is rude, mean and he doesnt have attidute how to deal with the customer .. he should learn a lesson to deal with the customer. He doesnt care whether we were a loyal customer or not .. next thing.. My items were supposed to be deliver on Jan 20th. But they were missing the rails for the bed. They cant provide the rails on Jan 20th. They can only provide on feb 5th.. I said okay .. Finally they delivered on Jan 20th but they missed two legs for the dressing table in bedroom now they werent able to fix both bed and dressing table/mirror.. they said they will deliver those legs on Jan 22nd with along with deliver of other funnitures .. we were so excited with new home and furniture .. our excitedment went down.. we came to the living room and were happy looking to the new reclining love seat and sofa. But that excitement also didnt last coz reclining love seat doesnt recline as well. Called the customer service .. they event didnt feel sorry. They were like do you want to fixed or not ?? So I have to wait until 27th to the technician to see whats wrong with the love seat. Asked them if it says anything about the legs of dressing cabinets .. she said it doesnt say anything .. they cant fix on jan 22nd.. she said she doesnt know why the delivery person said that they will deliver the legs on Jan 22nd . The technician has to see first .. so I have to wait until Jan 27th to be seen by technician . Again I asked them about the rails of the bed. As they said they will deliver on feb 5th. The lady now said it not supposed to be deliver on febth. It will be delivered on feb 13th. Now my new home is all messed now.. all my excitement is down only because of Ashley furniture.. so I will never go to this store again.. never .. bad customer service ..

Our representative Marshall was a low-pressure sale and he asked some questions that steered us toward the right location to start because of all the different options. He left us alone to check out all the different mattresses and made himself available to answer questions. The showroom is awesome. The regular mattresses that we were looking at were at high end when it comes to pricing. We ended up buying a Sealy model which looked great. The Manager Luis suggested that we get protection for the mattress Im so glad he told us about it because it protects our investment. We were also interested in purchasing sofas and Luis was exceptionally helpful and really knows his store. Worst Customer Service ever, beyond belief. We ordered a Dining table before Thanksgiving decided to host dinner at our house for Thanksgiving based on their promise to deliver the items by Tuesday at the latest. Guess what no delivery was made Tuesday, nor Wednesday until we get a call the day of Thanksgiving at 6 am from the delivery people that they will be coming by 10 to set it up. Keeping in mind when placing the order they said delivery is $150 and you have to pay cash to the delivery people because its a third party, somehow before leaving the store it was now up to $175 for delivery and then the day of delivery they charged $200 cash. I called the store non stop and not once did they call back or let me speak to the manager. I called the main office and they didnt even have the delivery set up to say the least about the order. All they did was blame the delivery people who were not at fault saying the delivery people changed their mind about picking up my order. Everyone there had a different story. Ashley Furniture made promises to people just to get the sale. I still dont have my plates, place mats or rug that were supposed to be delivered. Now I call and they wont pick up the phone. I get better service at the Jack in the box drive thru.

So I purchased a new dining room table as well as a TV hutch one week ago, scheduled to be delievered today (2 days before thanksgiving) thinking ok this is going to work, Sold my old dinner table already and They were scheduled to deliver everything today. I just called their customer service as they promised delivery from 12-3pm and its 5:30 PM still no call and no text they told me that my furniture will not be delievered until NEXT Tuesday, SEVEN DAYS AFTER their promised day. How the heck am I going to serve my guests now, I guess we can sit on the floor. Way to go Ashley furniture. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They didnt even call me or notify me but they were very well aware of whats going on as they asked if Im in southern California and they said "oh yes we are switching warehouses and there is a lot of confusion, ALL deliveries are delayed in southern California"... Why not even call us or notify us ? I have stayed home all day for them to show up and no call, no text, NOTHING !! Im going to report them to Better Business Bureau as well.

Ashley attempted two times to deliver only parts of our purchase (One entertainment center w/multiple pieces) - either damaged in the warehouse, or not-in-stock and had to be ordered. When they did make deliveries, I had to reject the furniture (Both times) due to damage and poor assembly. When I requested a refund, I was told that the credit back to my account would most likely take 2-3 days. Tomorrow will be day 5, so I will have to probably chase my money with the careless customer service department. On a positive note, they have nice showrooms and plenty of sales people dying to make a sale. However, the facade all falls apart on the back end - customer service and delivery. Management should try to turn these problems around, because I believe this kind of conduct will eventually put them out-of-business. I know that I cannot recommend them after my experience. Buyer-be-ware!

Bought a couch here for my first apartment and was not happy at all. First off, when I was in the store looking around at the couches an employee kept following me around but in a creeping manner. When I sat on one to test it out she comes up to me and said "so is this what you do? You just come in to sit?" I wasnt aware youre not allowed to test the comfort of the furniture youre going to purchase, must be a new policy. Secondly, when the couch was delivered it was the wrong color. They sent me a dark brown "mocha" color when I ordered a light beige one. I tried to have it sent back so I can have the correct one and they told me no that thats the color I had ordered. How the lady in the store confuses those colors is beyond me. From the beginning the customer service was horrible. So disappointed. I regret giving them my business.
