DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Terrible customer service. First off we ordered a whole bedroom set and sofa/love seat/recliner set. The salesman Bob at the Santa Clarita store was very friendly. Then it came time for the delivery. The day of the delivery we were called early and told that our sofa was not going to be delivered because there was a hole put in it while loading it on the truck. Then when the delivery people arrived the driver told us that the sofa was on backorder, lying to us to save face for putting a hole in our couch. Also when they put our very expensive mattress on our bed there were 3 lumps that the delivery people said would go away. After a week and a half 2 of the 3 lumps were gone and 1 remained. When we called about that they said we would have to wait 30 days to make sure we were truly not happy with our LUMPY MATTRESS!! We called Bob and he got a technician to come out to verify there was a lump in the mattress. Meanwhile it took a week and a half for our sofa to arrive, sans hole. They offered us a $50 gift card which helps pay for absolutely nothing. A week later the technician arrives, looks at the mattress and says "Yup, theres a lump in it, Ill file a report and theyll send you a new one". A week after that we finally get a call saying they are going to deliver on June 28th. My wife takes off work to be home to get the delivery, and when they were late for the delivery we called them and I was told that we were informed in the morning that the mattress was on backorder, but neither the wife or I had received a call. Now she has to take another day off to be there to receive the mattress on Thursday. All in all, this has been one of the most horrible furniture buying experiences Ive ever dealt with.

I would give it no stars but since thats not an option Ill give it one star the professionalism was a negative 0 I bought a mattress a twin size mattress off the showroom floor on clearance and told I had to take it home the same day and delivery was not an option. I then was instructed to go ahead and take the mattress without any further direction to drive my vehicle around to the side of the building or two walk-in to another door to take possession of the twin mattress. After my much older father came to the store to take the mattress because his vehicle was larger the salesman stood there and witnessed him and observed him carry the twin size mattress out of the store. It was after a good 10 minutes of me signing papers that the salesmans manager came over all hot and bothered that the mattress was taken out the front and not the side of the store although it was already loaded in the car and ready to go. The salesman stood there and looked at me as though I was the one that made the mistake I was the customer not an employee he failed to do his job and give proper instruction for picking up clearance items off the showroom floor. The insulting demeanor of that salesman is so unbelievable that I will never shop at that store ever again! Bottom line I received negative feedback dirty looks and irritation after purchasing a nearly $300 item if I had experienced that before I handed my credit card I would have turned around and walked out! Dont shop here the sales people are rude and they dont take ownership and they dont understand how their store works for any of the policies that were supposed to be in place!

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ashley furniture was supposed to deliver my living room set today between 12:30 and 4:30. At 4pm I called the delivery service and waited on hold for 20 minutes workout speaking to anyone. I hung up and called the store. I spoke with a representative who told me they were still within the time frame and she would email dispatch to call me to give me an estimated time. At 4:40, I still did not receive a call, so I called again. Rowena said she would email them again and someone would call me. At 4:50, I still did not receive a call, so I called again and asking to speak with a manager. Araceli said she was customer service and could help me. I told her the situation and she said she could call dispatch to see where they were. She told me the delivery was scheduled for 5:30. I told her that was an hour after the scheduled time and asked again to speak with a manager. She said her managers were in a meeting and the person in charge of dispatch was at lunch. I told her I have to be in class at 5:30 and will have to reschedule. She had no reason why dispatch was late or why nobody called to say they were running an hour late. I told her I need the couches tomorrow morning and she said she cant guarantee a delivery tomorrow morning. Needless to say, I have no couches and will be returning the order if I do not receive them tomorrow morning.

Ok people, if you are looking for furniture and go by Ashley furniture RUN past it!!!! This is the most horrible place ever !! And if you plan to buy a piece of furniture that you can put in your truck and take home yourself well guess what you cant they HAVE to deliver it themselves and a $100.00 dollar delivery charge is added!!! We have been waiting since March to have an ottoman that was delivered damaged and they sent out a guy to fix it and when he came out he then ordered the material to then come back to sew it at my house after the wait for the delivery of the material another guy came out to do the job and said that "no way can it be fixed you need a new one". We waited again so they can deliver a new one and when they were suppose to be at my house on Saturday Am they then called us up and said that they were running late that it would be from 3-7pm for them to arrive, we waited just to get a call at 8pm that they would be at my house at 9pm and they finally got to my house 10 min to 10PM!!!! And to get on another messed up piece of furniture and now today a delivery to set up at 1pm and they come in the morning and no one was home and now want to charge for them to come back at the time they said in the first place !!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!

If I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience. The sales person was nice but other than that everything after we purchased was horrible. Waited 3 months and 4 delivery dates canceled to finally get what I overpaid for. My adjustable bed is already broken after using it for 2 months. Customer service is a joke. They talk to you like you are dumb and try to pacify you with empty promises. I was offered an upgrade in mattress and later found out from a family friend who works at a different location that the original mattress I picked out (which was delayed 3 weeks delivery after my adjustable base was delivered) was actually a better mattress than the "upgrade" Then I was promised the delivery fees would be waived for all the trouble n I was having with delivery of my items...still see a delivery fees on my bill. After 3 months of being told my bed frame would be delivered on 4 separate occasions and many, many phone calls to confirm that the item was indeed in stock I finally got the frame and its too big for the bed. Save yourself some time, money and frustration and just go anywhere else.
