This has been an absolutely horrible experience dealing with this company!! I order a sectional. The sales rep wrote down the wrong product name. I even took her over to the sofa and table that I wanted to purchase. She checked in the computer and said the table you want is the last one. I said, OK Ill take that. And the sectional sofa (Summer Slater) we have in stock. So the day of the delivery they delivered the table and the wrong sectional. I then called the store and they said, sorry, your sectional will now be in at the end of August. So I called the corporate office and asked for a gentleman named Nicholas the regional manager if he could help. I left him a message on his VM and he push my issue back down to the local office without even giving me a courtesy call back, JERK. Now I just found out that the sectional is back ordered until Mid October. I found that out by calling the folks at Corporate who manage the Internet, because they seems to know more than even management. If they were a reputable company they would of offered a rental or temporary solution, but no. Now Im once again waiting for a call back from Corporate. They really dont seem to care about customer service, only the mighty dollar.

First of all, the place is run and operated by rude teenagers that have probably never owned a piece of furniture in their lives. And none of them seem to know anything. So, horrible customer service. They tell you that you have 7 days to return an item even if it is damaged, but that is from the day you order it. So if it takes 6 days to get delivered, you have 1 day to return it if it is damaged. The worst part about this is that they will not come out to pick up the damaged piece of furniture! So I have this huge dresser with an ugly scratch in the front and I no longer have the rental truck to bring it back, nor do I have the help to lift even lift it. Their excuse when I called about the damaged furniture was "why didnt you look it over when you picked it up?" Well, I dont have X-ray vision to look through a box full of plastic wrap and styrofoam. Did they want me to rip open the box at the facility? Their customer service is horrible. They will not be getting my business after I somehow get my replacement. Not sure how Im going to pull that off.
