I was impressed with the fact that they beat an Internet Ad for me..and had great deals in the Store. What I am was not impressed with was they advised us our Sons Bunk Bed was not in stock the day before we were moving into a New Home (we ordered 3 weeks prior-and they tell us the day before??-come on guys!)..then since they could not deliver my sons bed, they dropped off a "loaner" Frame and the 2 mattresses we purchased. When they finally delivered the Bunk Bed, they took the "Loaner" frame and another Twin Frame with the Bunky Boards. The Driver tells my Wife they were both Loaners..Really??? I purchased 4 Mattresses (2 for each bunk bed) and now one mattress sits on the floor. Really?? Who buys a Mattress without a Frame? I guess we did! So, for a $35.00 item, they lost a customer. They did not even mention to us that we might "consider" buying a frame since the Bunk Bed does not come with one on the lower bed. I think had I known that, I would have bought it...The Driver who picked up the items did not even offer to allow us to write him a check for it...Bye Bye Frame..Sorry Kids..cant sleep on the Mattress until we get you a frame..and what about the Bunky Boards? I need them..and once again..did not even mention it. Did I tell you about the Dining Set we purchased too? It was a floor model with 2 stools. My Wife tells them we want it, and to please order 2 more stools, so the 4 of us can sit together. They delivered the set last weel with only 2 Stools..and the Driver tells me they "guy" ordered them. Yesterday we find out that not only did he not order them...they were discontinued. The only response from Granada Oak was "we will take the set back for you!" Really?? Why not offer to find different stools for us..I did tell you I was paying for them. THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX DUDE! A happy customer is a returning customer. Not us...not ever again... I think 3 stars is generous...and only because I am happy with the price we paid, and the quality...but the Furniture they offer is available through many other Dealers too..and I am thinking a Dealer who cares more for our future business.

Yo estoy contenta con mi compra le compre una recamara a mi mama y empeze a pagarla con unos meses de anticipo en pagos hasta que mi casa estuvo lista. Nunca cobraron un centavo de interes puesto que aun no tenia los muebles. Cuando ya la queria me la trajeron a casa por un costo adicional. El buro estaba quebrado pero lo repusieron en un par de semanas y todo bien. :)

First impression after walking in was not good as they have cats and some what dated furniture on display..however the staff is extremely helpful. We knew exactly what we were looking for:a modern new bed frame in leather. As we were about to leave the employee recommended we check out the catalog. Wow..what a difference! We found the perfect bed frame for a great price. We did a lot of shopping around and its hard to beat their prices!! Very happy with my experience shopping here.

We have purchased four pieces of furniture from this store in the past year. The first time I walked in I walked around and didnt see anything I liked - then was told that they can order hundreds of items from catalogs, and at very good prices. They delivered each item with no issues and every person that works there is very nice and helpful.

Went to Ashleys for an item we saw on line. Told they couldnt order. So upset I went to granada and they found it on line 91 of them. We laughed and then realized there catalogs have everything all the so called big box stores have. Able to purchase all at this store. Plus staff helps and can Crack jokes same time. THANK YOU

I have not used them however I find it hard to trust a company that does not know the difference between Wherehouse and Warehouse. 1. Where is the house located? 2. Wares and other sell-able goods get stored in a warehouse.

Its actually a pretty sweet place and not too pricey either.. if youre furniture shopping and dont wanna blow a lot of cash I would recommend checking it out.
