Worst shopping experience ever! I have never came across such rude staff and management! Im surprise this company even exists with such awful reviews and customer service. I even called Nicholas the regional manager and left 2 messages he did not have the decency to call me back. Stay away from this store!!! I purchased a chair which they assured me they have in a box in the back, The staff had me wait at the curbside to get the chair for 30 minutes and then they brought the floor model which had a big tear. I kept calling the store over and over to clarify that I was suppose to get a brand new chair but they purposely didnt answer the calls or would pick up the phone and hang up!!! and when I walked in the rude cashier handed me the purchase agreement and said u agreed to the sales terms!!!! What? I didnt even put the chair in the car. The manager is just standing there not even trying to resolve this issue.... The only time she opened her mouth was to say " lower ur voice or I ll call security" where do these people get trained? I hope the owners see all these awful reviews and get rid off this type of management from top to bottom.

I wish I could give this place ZERO stars/ I purchased a TV about 9 months ago and ever since I got it I noticed a small amount of sawdust around one of the corners of the dividers. I didnt pay much attention to it until a few weeks ago when I noticed a big crack already on the same spot. I called the store and they told me they cant do anything because the 3 month "warranty" on the items purchased has already expired....I am tossing this piece of junk tonight before it infests my hardwood floors and all other wood items in my house!!! Buy here if you want to bring PESTS into your home!!!

Dont get fooled by the nice clean showrooms. Their furniture products are the cheapest of the cheap. They just look good on the surface. But they are low quality, inconsistent & cheap products that will last you a very short time. I purchased 2 Lazy chairs. They delivered defective, cheap, inconsistent products. Had to change it twice and still each chair looked different than the previous one. When they wuoldnt fix the defective one and they could not find me a matched chair and I had no choice but to return the units, they had the nerves to charge me a 20% restocking fee.

I normally dont leave reviews but the customer service had me dumbfounded. I Ordered couple stools online and one was delivered damaged. I was directed to file a claim so i can get some money back or replaced but instead it took weeks and no solution. At the end, i was told that its part of the rustic style when clearly the photos i submitted show that it was obviously not rustic! Overall, customer service was a complete disappointment.

they have such a horrible return policy that will make you change your mind.....They treated me very bad...I bought a queen bed and I wanted to exchange it for king in just in 2 days; they made the exchange so expensive and difficult that I changed my mind...I will not buy from here anymore..... they have no return or exchange policy after 24hrs.....that also they are expensive....they make customers never return to them

After 45 minutes waiting underground for my furniture... got it home and realized they forgot to give me a major piece for the platform bed.... when I called to tell them it was another 20 minutes just to get to another sales person, who was not the manager. The another 2 hours for them to get back to me... The prices are great, but theres a reason--- better to pay an extra 20 bucks at target... this place is horrible>

A very pretty store. Well laid out on two floors. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms. Both elevator and escalator are available. Moderately priced furniture with high styling, lots of accessories. Free delivery or take it with you, if you want. Very few sales people on the floor.

I always stop here when in the area, and then remember why I dont buy anything. The customer service is HORRIBLE. Theres never a hello when you walk up to the counter, staff is always busy chatting with each other and their product knowledge is bad.

I love walking through Urban Home. This is a fun place to go before a movie or while youre waiting for a table at one of the restaurants. They have all kinds of different furniture at affordable prices and you can try it all before you buy it.

i would never buy anything here. seems like a lot of the stuff is falling apart and yet its still way overpriced. some things are fine, but i wouldnt risk it. also, the employees kind of look at me like im inconveniencing them.

Dear people, if you dont want to be lied to and treated disrespectfully, do not shop at Urban Home. People have horrible attitudes and delivering something takes over a week because they dont know how to operate a phone.

They didnt honor an advertised price. They said they would then after 10 minutes the store owner said no. Bait and switch? They also disappeared while i was trying to make a $1,500 purchase. Bad customer service.

This review is for their Simi Valley store. Deceptive and misleading business practices. Dont special order any products or youll be sorry. Bought a NEW table and was delivered the floor sample 2 months later.

The furniture is relatively inexpensive and you sort of get what you pay for. The furniture is stylish and looks more high end. But you do have to be careful as some of the items are less sturdy than others.

They have beautiful Urban Home here! They also carry a bunch of different local knit knacks that you can browse through. Grab a cup of Blue Bottle and shop away! It can be a little pricey, so come prepared.

Stupid website doesnt even have basic specs, like does a bed require a box spring or does it come with slats- nothing. Do you think I am going to call you to ask that or move on to another retailer?

Really bad customer service. I tried to get some help and the sales people were so rude and uncooperative. Their art is a little different, but pricey and not up to par quality wise.

Had a couch delivered and noticed a defect a week later. They called and sent a person to the house and replaced the defective parts without and questions. Very easy to deal with.
