Staff is NOT attentive or educated as to their product OR processes... bought a computer for new employee and they forgot to ask qualifying questions like "how much processing power would you like". Waste of time trying to tell them what I want because they work based on assumption. Had to drive all the way back to get the correct product. Also called in with an issue on the same computer and I talked to a sour-toned rep for 20 minutes who ran me around the block asking security questions to access my receipt for the purchase. They couldnt find a record of a computer I bought 30 days prior and was paid for in store w a company credit card. A manager gets on the phone after my 20 minute wait and asks me what I am calling for..... Service is literally laughable both from management and lower staff.

The store looks like Apple but the experience cannot be more different. My Surface malfunctioned twice in five months. Service appointments are almost non-existent - never happened to me at the Genius Bar. I had to go directly to the store for repair. And the store clerk said they could not do anything because I came 10 minutes before store close. Eventually I did get the machine replaced, after so much emotional drama.

Impossible to call and speak with someone at the store itself!!! Reasonably, I want to make sure if I drive all the way over there, I will get what I need. There is 650 area code # for the store, but it costs you at least 10 minutes to determine that there is no way to speak to someone in the store. Its the final nail on the coffin for my Microsoft relationship.

This new Microsoft store looks great! The ship is a great place to look around and get straight forward info for your next pc purchase. The staff here are helpful and seem interested in helping you make a good decision. If you havent been into one of the new Microsoft stores this is a good one for a first experience.

The Microsoft Store was a great experience. The employees were very helpful and friendly and they helped me right away. I do recommend creating an appointment online before going because it can get very busy. Otherwise, the store is a great place to check out Microsoft Surfaces, Windows PCs, the Xbox, and more.

Good store if you are looking to purchase clean Windows PCs or other Microsoft products. Amusingly, they had a giant countdown timer that was ticking down to the end of the free Windows 10 upgrades - as if it were the end of the world if you did not upgrade.

Nice store- located next door to a (tiny) Apple store. On the Surface, (get it?) nice staff and very open feel. Great place to test out Kinect, Windows Phone, and the Surface.

Very helpful staff. Microsoft is putting out some great products these days and the store in the Stanford Shopping Center is a great place to check them out.

The Saturday store hours posted on Google are wrong. They close at 7pm, not 9pm. Not sure if this is a google problem or a microsoft problem.
