I love this computer store. I have been a customer of CCI computers for so many years I can’t remember how many. Frankly I don’t know what I’d do if I never met Rizwan so many years ago. I am a retired pilot and have always been a flight simulator enthusiast. Now in my retirement years I absolutely love the spectacular realism that is provided by today’s high-end flight simulation products. Using these high-end products requires a lot of computer upgrading and improving (the developers are always writing their new programs up to the standards of the very latest computers out on the market)--- over the years with the help of Rizwan and his technician Jonathan I’ve been able to remain on the cutting edge without going crazy and overspending. I recently built an absolutely top-notch superhigh quality superfast computer at CCI--- I found the specs for the computer in one of my flight simulator magazines and simply brought them to Riz he was able to build me one that was a little bit better than the one in the magazine for less than half the cost. Whatever have a computer problem I call CCI and for the most part there able to tell me how to fix it over the phone. If they can’t fix it over the phone the use a program like team viewer to go into my computer and see if they can’t fix it for me right then and there--- I am never charged for this “go to my PC”type of service so when I go to the shop I demand to be allowed to pay for that service. I force payment on them because I do not want them to ever go out of business-- I myself and the many friends who I have referred to them over the years would be totally lost if they were to cease to exist. I know that they are well-liked and respected in the community and whenever I am in the shop local business people as well as nonbusiness residence trail in one after the other with their small computer problems and Riz and Jonathan go about solving the problems--- always for a fair price by my estimation. CCI computers also performs the IT service for the company that my wife works for--- I wife has worked for this company for over 33 years and is extremely particular about who she recommends to her bosses --- years ago she recommended Riz to them and he is providing all their IT service ever since. I like Riz a lot, and consider him a personal friend due to the fact that I spent so much time over the years having them fix up my computers--- Riz is also an intelligent and erudite type of guy-- worldly in the extreme and I’m always looking for an opportunity to talk him into going to lunch with me.

I talked to riz about my mac and i didnt get a good vibe. Seemed like i was being told they could handle my mac, but i wasnt confident. Brought it in anyways cause the apple store down the street wanted three times as much. when you get there you can see they are all about PC and windows. not a mac product in sight. after getting my computer back it worked for a week then started acting up again. I didnt feel like going back so i went to the apple store and paid them what they wanted. They told me that the work cci did wasnt the the right course of action or something like that, i dont know. my macbook is working now, so apparently if you have an apple product get someone who really knows apple. I suppose you pay for your mistakes. another day another lesson learned. hope this saves some mac users from some wasted time and money.

Rizwan at CCi Computers has been a fantastic resource for my business and personal computing needs. In a day and age that is much quicker to throw away and buy something new, it is refreshing to have an expert who is capable of fixing, upgrading and giving an honest appraisal of the current computer. In my opinion it is in all of our best interest to slow the pace we are filling the land fills with used metal and plastic electronics that can be upgraded. Riz has done so much: he has recovered data for a bad computer. Upgraded my home computer work station and been a resource for countless computer related needs. Rizwan & CCI, is a great resource for Walnut Creek computer needs

Great store.! They do Apple/Macs also. If it needs to go to the Apple store, they tell you up front and never over charge for bad advice like most stores. They do a lot of work for fixed prices most of the times and will always work with you. Customer has to be real and not wanting things for nothing helps a lot too. 80% of the world is a PC customer, so they are the best at that work. Been going there for 15 years and they save my butt every time a problem occurs. Hardware, software issues all fixed fast. Expert rebuilds or new systems at great prices. The best computer store in the east bay by far.....It is a smallish store, doing big work, fast!

My wife and I went down to this shop (found it online) and Jonathan built us a computer, after we discussed what we needed. He patiently guided us through the options, etc. and it has worked great ever since. For other matters we have also gone in for questions. He also cleaned up some viruses we had on a laptop that we did not purchase at the store. And Rizwan is an excellent fellow. Who needs the hassles and impersonal and indifferent service of Frys, Best Buy or Staples, etc. when you can go to this local computer store. That they have been in this competitive business for so long says things too.

I had two disks in a RAID 5 storage array fail at the same time, which would normally be very difficult, if not impossible, to recover from. It took a couple weeks, but the tech at CCI was able to rebuild the array and save my data. It was not cheap, but the time and rates charged were entirely fair, in my opinion, for a difficult and time-consuming job. The proprietor, Rizwan, was honest and knowledgeable in both his assessments and estimates. If I had a computer networking or hardware problem that absolutely had to be solved, CCI would be my first call.

I took my disassembled Satellite A505 in on Tuesday afternoon 11/15/16. there was a very small ribbon that I could not insert in the slot. Riz pushed a tiny clip forward to release the tension so it would accept the cable. He quickly took it in the back and said come back in a half hour. I could have inserted the cable myself and locked the tab! I came back in a half hour. this took him all of 2 or 3 minutes to do. I was charged $25.00!!!!!!!!! I will never go back there and I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!

I opened a business in downtown Walnut Creek spring of 2008. When I moved in these guys were very friendly and helpful in getting my Internet up and running; adding memory to my laptop and a handful of other odd jobs as well as a great price on a stellar laptop. What I like best is theyre not vague but straight to the point and unlike most computer repair places; these guys (Rizwan & Jonathan) have a friendly demeanor! Im writing it because they do a good job and offer affordable services, check em out!
