OVERVIEW: Capable and friendly but can be sloppy. STORY: Quick FIx replaced a broken LCD screen on my Samsung S4. Quoted most reasonable price in the MV PA area. Rami and Thanh are polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Screen was not in stock and had to be ordered. 2 days later when the replacement part arrived I got an email to drop-off my phone. Handed over S4 at 10am and was told Thahn the tech doesnt start until 11am (forgot Rami told me this earlier) so I would need to leave the phone and pick up later. 12:30 got email phone was ready for pick-up. Picked up phone and was happy to see screen worked. Got back to office and realized the vibrator no longer worked. I did a Google search and found that when you replace an LCD module the old vibrator needs to be reused - Quick Fix forgot this step. Bummer. After a quick Google search I learned the fix was fairly easy. So in 15 minutes I did the vibrator replacement myself (thank you YouTube). I called Quick FIx to tell him of the error. Rami apologized and thanked me for letting him know. BTW, when I picked up my phone I asked to have the old part back (Im a mechanical engineer and love to study that kind of stuff). Good thing I did as the vibrator was still attached and I would have had to drive back to the store to have them make the fix (didnt want to spend another 30 minutes driving there when it was easy enough to fix the problem myself). Lastly, when I went to do the repair myself I removed the battery pack and saw all kinds of adhesive residue on the new part. I assume this was leftover from a label that was on the replacement part. I fell that Thanh should have been more professional and tidy and spent the 2-3 minutes to clean off the inside of the phone. I used a paper towel and denatured alcohol to wipe off the gooey mess. I then, used a razor blade to transfer the label from the old screen to the new one (yet another misfire by Quick Fix as this label has the important IMEI, Model, and SKU numbers). SUMMARY: Did what they were supposed to do but forgot an important step and should have been tidier. Would try them again but definitely be sure to get old parts and check their work thoroughly before you pay and leave the store.

Since 2006 I had 2 laptop repairs and today a desktop repair in QuickFix. They are very quick in diagnosing the problem, usually on the spot, and quoting the approximate price for repair (component, tax and labor). For laptops, the repair time is based on availability and shipping of the component, for desktops its within hours. They have professional attitude and good customer service. Monday morning I brought my desktop for repair and they told me what was wrong on the spot (burnt gpu). I said I wanted to upgrade my video card and get ati instead of nvidia and they called me within couple hours for video card options and quotes. I told them what gpu I wanted around 5pm and my computer was ready the next morning. The blond guy at the desk was very friendly, he even offered to carry the computer to the car. I would highly recommend this place for computer repairs.

Very happy with these guys. Computer was crashing. Blue screen. They took it in, diagnosed that one of the hard drives was failing (which I knew was true as i had seen the same in boot up for a year) replaced it, and that it was heavily infected and they cleaned it up. Very reasonable price. Got it home and a couple days later it crashed again. They took it back and ran tests and further virus scrubbing for several days. No extra charge. Said it passed all stress tests so hardware was good but if it happened again it meant there was a virus they couldnt find and would have to reinstall OS. Since I got it back have had no more problems. Three days later they called me to check to make sure it was all ok. Great service!

I went there to get the screen of my laptop fixed and it took 8 days. I had my parents pick it up because i was out of town and they returned it without the battery!!!! So i called the manager and he said i could swing by that evening and pick up the battery, but i got their at our scheduled time and he totally bailed on me. He said some bs like, "oh im with a client." Shouldnt the costumer come first in a business? Thus, i feel like the quality of work was superb but the customer service was on par with some of the worst such as Frys. I dont recommend it because its pricey and for the price that you pay i feel you should atleast have a friendly experience.

After spilling water all over my macbook airs keyboard, I took it to the apple store. They pretty much told me the only fix was to send it to get completely redone, and that it would cost $750. I decided to explore other options and found this place. The diagnostic cost $65, which I found kind of expensive, especially because it doesnt go towards the actual repair. However, they were able to fix my computer in just a few days for $450, which was much better than $750. My computer seems to be completely fixed, and hopefully it will stay this way. Overall, I am very satisfied! There is also a 90 warranty after getting it fixed.

Dropped off my laptop on Tue. afternoon. QFLR called back in less than a day. I missed the call. I called after 7:30pm, and they still answered the phone, and told me my disk was bad, and they could replace it and recover the data for ~$278 in 2-3 days. I said go ahead. QFLR called me back the next afternoon to tell me it was ready. I went to pick it up, but some large amount of data had not been transferred, so they took care of that immediately. I returned in an hour and picked it up. Everything seems to be working fine.

I can’t recommend this place highly enough. My laptop had started overheating and powering off, causing me to lose data. I spotted the great reviews for this place and went along, expecting to have to leave the laptop overnight or even have it sent away. (As has happened at other places in the past) Not so. My laptop was inspected straight away by Anthony, who quickly spotted the problem and fixed it in less than fifteen minutes. He even took the trouble to clean my screen! Fantastic, friendly and professional service.

Amazing Service! I was very weary of going to computer shop since I had a lot of confidential information on my desktop. Rami and his team (especially Christoph) was very patient and answered all my questions. Ive been returning to Rami many times on upgrades and when I randomly screw up the computer. They are able to fix it very quickly. Even optimized for super fast boot up time. I would highly recommend going to Ramis guys for all your computer needs. I am a customer for life for sure.

So my laptop stopped working on Friday and I took it to these guys. They identified the problem right after I showed them the laptop and was promised to be contacted soon. On Saturday i got a call from them telling me that it is repaired and ready for pickup. I was pleased with their prices and service. Very professional, hardworking, and caring for their customers. I highly recommend them and would go there anytime I have computer problems. P.S. they have free diagnostics
