Ive been using the Eco Cartridge Store for about a year now. I have always been treated courteously, but my last experience was so positive that I wanted to leave a review. The black ink cartridge I had just bought stopped printing after only printing a few documents. I called up the store and explained my situation, and I was invited to exchange it for another cartridge free of charge. When I got there, they included a 50% off coupon for my next visit for the hassle. I would like to mention that all of this was offered without me complaining...so many businesses only go the extra mile when they feel like they *have* to. But the Eco Cartridge Store made me feel like a valuable customer who didnt need to raise a complaint in order to get excellent service.

Very friendly, exceptional prices and quality. And theyre local! The best part is if you have any problems with an ink cartridge, theyre quick to replace it and make sure youre satisfied. You dont get that service from an "online vendor".
