I tried to have one key to my keyboard repaired here. He ruined my keyboard then asked me for advance payment for ordering a new keyboard. He promised to follow up, but didnt. He called me a demanding customer since I called ONCE after a week to enquire about the repair. He turned aggressive, and was rude. He said he could maybe do it in a month. As I had initially presented my diplomatic tax exemption card in order to get sales tax exemption, he now claimed that I was demanding "preferential treatment" as a diplomat. Not true. I had to go elsewhere to get my keyboard fixed. Will never go there again.

Most recently he assembled a new, tailor-made system and then remotely recovered some files I had inadvertently deleted. The personal service and exceptionally high level of technical competence make this the only computer vendor I would consider.

I had a problem with my IBM Thinkpad T43. They charged me $75 for diagnosis alone. Imagine I paid $75 just to confirm the problem that I reported to them. I didnt do the repair cause the quote was very expensive. Whatever total rip-off.
