READ and LISTEN to the reviews here. I made the mistake of "giving them a chance" after I read them, only to seriously regret it. I turned my laptop over to Create More five weeks ago (my hard drive failed). They told me on three occasions, after I bugged them, that they "were diagnosing, well know more tomorrow." Only I never got a call or an email or any sort of update. (They make it hard to call and check; you have to email.) No accountability, no sense of urgency, and I even moved across country in the time it took them to "diagnose" its issue and still, nothing. I finally had to ask them to return the laptop to me, via FedEx. I received it yesterday... along with a Paypal invoice for $27 for the shipping. Please, go elsewhere. (**In response to their response: You offered me no updates at any point during those five weeks; I had to track you down every time. You also dont charge for diagnosing, per your website. And Ive since turned my laptop over to another data recovery service, and they assessed it and started recovery with 48 hours (which, to be honest, was your original time estimate for me). I appreciate you canceling the shipping. But you have to admit, you did me a disservice... and anyone else whose laptop you hold for 5+ weeks and return it unfixed.)

DO NOT GO HERE!!! THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! GO TO APPLE!!! I went in for a minor issue on my Macbook because Apple referred this place as a service location. Upon entering I explained my issue to the salesman and technician and before even looking at my macbook, they said that they couldnt do anything to help me....unless of course I fully wiped my computer. I was okay with that, but the technician walked away and I asked the salesman if that could be done. He then mentioned that I could pay them $75 to do it or look online and do it myself. Of course, I did it myself. A few moments later, my macbook crashes so I go ask for help. The salesman says that the only way he could call the technician down is if I checked in my macbook for $75. At this point, the technician is running around the store and Ive lost every file on my macbook. Let me remind you that this was an appointment I scheduled via Apple! The salesman, two of them at this point, begin to gang up on me explaing that "this is the way its done here." No one even LOOKED at my macbook. They just expected me to throw $75 to the wind. Eventually I left with a crashed macbook and just went to Apple. Fortunately, Apple fixed my macbook within the hour for free of course.

Had to drop in to get my MacBook repaired, and it was a quick turnaround! Also was the same pricing if I went to the Apple Store (so they say, couldnt really verify myself, but it seems right). Definitely convenient compared to having to schedule a Genius Bar appointment at the Apple Store (which may be a day or two later, no same-day visits)! Theres also a real nice selection of accessories for your various apple Devices and more, like bags, sunglasses, watches, apparel, etc. Although, it may not all be convenient. Not a great location if youre driving, especially during a Giants game, and theres real limited weekend hours, which delayed my Macbook repair pickup. It was ready Friday, but I was working that day. Same for Saturday, but they closed even sooner: 2 PM that day. And Sunday theyre just closed. Also, they seem to only have one person working the front of the store at a time, meaning if theyre helping someone out, youll have to wait. But generally, the store seems pretty empty most of the time, and if you must wait, theres enough in there to keep your interest. Definitely recommend for swift fixes for your Apple products!

Create More, youre my hero! I shattered my phone screen at 11pm on a Wednesday night and with a busy work schedule, I immediately started freaking out about my ability to get the phone fixed in any reasonable amount of time. The Apple Store didnt have any open appointments for a few days and iCracked or other services would cost way more than I should be paying with AppleCare+. Thankfully, I found Create More. I was able to prefill all my info online, show up when they opened the following morning, drop my phone off in under 2 minutes, and then pick it up again at 6pm that evening. The staff here is super friendly - the woman who helped me, in particular, was upfront about the fact that their same-day service might not be same-day that day due to the heavy rain and traffic. Thankfully that wasnt the case, but I appreciated her honesty and looking out for me. Hopefully this is the end of my phone troubles, but if not, Ill be back!

Very bad shopping experience - Id rather go to Frys. Walked in the store - assistant sitting behind the counter looking bored. I said hello after wandering around being ignored and obviously not finding what I was looking for. Asked if the Airport Express would work to stream music on my Linksys based network. Was told I also need the Airport Extreme for that. Was ready to purchase both items and return the Extreme without opeing it if the Express worked ok. Asked about return policy and told there was a restocking fee on even unopened merchandise. Assistant looks blankly back - bored to be talking to me. Then I ask what the actual fee was. 10%. Time to leave.

What a worthless store! No way to get someone to answer a phone for a simple question "how long do you need to fix an iphone screen?" All you get is the canned phone tree "Most repairs take about 3 days". For your reference, most screen repair shops I have used turn it around in about 2 hours. So I walked in there to get an answer and its no better. The attendant says "yes we do repairs" then goes off to fiddle with the watches on display. Seriously? Just walking away from a customer when the place is empty? Buyer beware: this place sucks. Avoid.

Una tienda de cosas bonitas. A mitad de camino entre el taller y la alta tecnología. Ofrecen complementos para ordenador, sobre todo mac, y un gran surtido de mochilas, carteras, cables y baterías con un toque de diseño. Muy San Francisco...

This business is exactly why the giant e commerce websites are winning & small businesses are closing. The way they treat customers here is poor. Bad attitude, miscommunication & overall poor customer service. They didnt have what I need & I wouldve known this & not wasted my time going there had they answered any one of the 5 times I tired to call. They claimed they were too busy to answer the phone. I was the only customer there, and I tried calling 5 minutes before I arrived.

This place is great. Unlike the Apple store they take the time to diagnose the problem. What I was told would be 5 to 7 days at the Apple store took only 1 day here. Staff was very helpful and I really felt that they knew what they were talking about. Cannot understand why there are always 100+ people in the Apple store when this is such a better alternative.

Worst customer service ever. Impossible to call and get a real human to talk to you, and they dont return calls. Lazy repair techs as well, would not even trouble shoot the issue my computer was having. Also, worst possible location as far as convenience and parking go. All bad. Go somewhere else.
