I actually ended up not spending money there because of their honesty. The guy I met (whose name escapes me) looked at my issue, and told me up front that if I could get it done under manufacturers warranty at Best Buy, I should just do that even if he could do it faster.

What a rip-off. Dont go there. They want to sell you unnecessary replacements instead of repairing your computer. And for the service they charge $120 just to open a PC.
