Im more of a Lowes fan, but when this Home Depot was built, I had to check it out. I was excited to find helpful staff (something that seems to be lacking at most Home Depots) and shelves stocked full of great products. During the short duration of my shopping, I was able to find everything I needed rather quickly. Since a Lowes opened up literally two blocks from my house, I now use this Home Depot as a backup in case Lowes doesnt have something I need or to compare product/prices.

This homedepot is great. I appreciate how friendly and welcoming they are. BUT!! If you buy an appliance make sure they dont have TEMPCO Warehouse and Distribution (located in Pomona) install your purchase!! They have horrible customer service, (shout out to Misty their rep who was extremely short and rude with me). Home Depot should really reconsider doing business with them. I might return my recent purchase because it has been 30+ days and havent gotten the stove installed.

This place was a clean environment, that I was pleased with. But one of the members named Miguel in the lumber department was thee most disrespectful employee ive ever met. Usually Im greeted and treated with respect by previous employs, we all have our days but the sudden disrespect was too much for me and my children who were asking a simple question where a product was. All and all a good store, yet a god awful rude employ seemed to dull my experience.

They selt old model tools to me, and when i went back to return, they said this is old model, we cant return or exchange. It is verything on the receipt, but they refused to do anything there and really bad service. If you still want get staff there, you must let them check what time they made it and check the package, maybe when you open the box, you will find they lose one or two parts. So dont go there anymore.

Staff is very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. We can always find what we are looking for @ HD. If we are ever unsatisfied with a product we bought; HD provides excellent customer service. Great store; great inventory in products & store is always well organized!!!

This ontario home depot used to suck. I live right by this I used to go to eastvale home depot. But now I have changed my mind. Im in love with this store now. Great customer service. WOW I give this location a 10.

This Home Depot in Ontario is a joke. No help worth mentioning in my last 3 visits. No one asks if you need help or shows you where products are. They may point you in the direction if they are feeling helpful.
