Dont ever use there in home services. I received kitchen cabinets that were damaged in shipment. I sent them back only to receive more damaged cabinets. Is it too hard to package cabinet doors properly so that they arrive in good condition? I guess it must be for them, because it took sending back merchandise four times before I got something that was acceptable. Go somewhere else for cabinets, because they are not professional. I still go there, but only for the basics. Its pretty hard to screw up a roll of masking tape.

first time I ever built my own wire shelves and my family (husband & 30 yr old son and 20 yr old daughter) were so impressed! I owe it to great customer service of the shelf attendant, he cut the shelves to the measurements I showed him, then gathered everything I would need to build it. even cut the metal railing which they dont usually do! their motto is so true: "You can do it, we can help!" thanks Hillcrest Ave. Home Depot! you have an awesome crew!

I used this store during a three month Church remodel. The store was close to my site which was great but it was a bit difficult to navigate if you your in a hurry. They didnt seem to have everything in stock that my primary store would usually have in stock. If you were looking for a specialty item you really had to search out they older customer service reps. Good thing I know they departments and isles like the back of my hand.

Rented a trencher that wouldnt run when I got it to the job site. Home Depot gave me a full refund of my rental fee. Heres what they would not do: -pick up the bad machine at the job site and bring one that works -exchange the broken one for a good one (none available) -give me a better machine for the same price (available, but I have to pay extra) -apologize for renting out a inoperable piece of equipment

This is my personal favorite HD in south orange county. Been going here for 5 years and even Saturday at noon (prime time), you can get help easily. I have to give a special nod to the folks in Customer Service and Returns. They are always cheerful and pleasant, no matter how busy. Ive always found that to be the Achilles heel of a lot of HDs. This is a standout store for efficient Returns.

Placed an order to have trim delivered. I opted to have it delivered unattended and asked for a phone call to confirm. No delivery, no phone call, nothing. When I asked for a refund they said no. They told me I would have to ask the delivery company for a refund. Funny how the charge on my CC says home depot. Doing a charge back. Going to Lowes. No wonder home depot is dying.

their answering system does not give you option to talk to customer service so I had to pick a department by chance and explain to them that I have ordered on line and I have to make sure if order is there, then she transfered me to department that was not available on answering machine, and so far it is 25 minutes that I am waiting I hope they do not drop the call.

No service. Go to Lowes in RSM save your time and money. Walked around looking for help in lumber, but no one there. I was told by 2 other employees that some one would be there soon, but 20 minutes was rediculas. Wanted a quote to tile a bathroom. Home Depot charges $50.00 just for a quote...a total rip off.

Dave was super helpful and has the best customer service Ive had compared to all the home depots in O.C. He also has a very positive attitude ....makes it my favorite store to get supplies at. Thank you DAVE!!! And Ray in garden was super awesome and had the department at its cleanest ive ever seen.

Good experience. Young girl in paint dept. (tall n thin, short hair) knows the store very well, helpful and good at multitasking. Lady at self checkouts very nice and polite, dark hair, accent. Good hires, Home Depot.
