went in to buy a grill and not knowing much about the things I knew i was in the right place right!? find someone to help and guide me through the process... well wrong store the was no one in the garden section when i finally found someone who was called over, he didnt have a clue about the grills but for what i was reading from the signs! true story... he did say he didnt know much about that section though went to the counter and 2 nice ladies explained that they just moved people around and my grill expert is actually an expert in another department so he wouldnt know anything about what he is selling.. well great way to boost my confidence here!.. on the day of the delivery i miss a call and call back exactly 20 minutes later. The driver tells me they missed me and the grill is going back to the store, he did say that the store should have called me with an eta and he couldnt help. A whole 20 minutes, call, to delivery to turn back time!! i called the store and asked if they could either 1. redeliver or 2. refund Another nice lady spend a good amount of time getting everything sorted out for me on a Saturday and had plans to re-deliver on Monday at 5:30pm. Monday gets here and i proactively :) call to see when eta is before 5:30!! they tell me the track is not back and will let me know when it gets back for delivery. 8 pm comes and i figured it was a bit odd i had no grill and no calls... i call Home depot again!!... well they have to figure out delivery again and they are doing all they can including getting the manager involved! alas! finally special treatment I am getting somewhere here!!... so i decided to make it easy no need for them to work that hard for my money right? i do that already.. refund and we all go our separate ways... wait! the computer wont came on, they need to go get help .. In the time the computer issues were getting resolved, another nice lady (yes a 3rd!!!) tells me my grill just left the store and its on the way.. Oh how nice.. well, this story will have to be continued.. i am still waiting and growing gray hairs by the minute! 2 stars for the nice ladies! but please keep driving if you are looking for great customer service.. this isnt the place

I would give this location negative stars if that option were available. I am completely shocked by how I was mistreated by Home Depot employees. I scheduled an interior door measure and paid $50 fee for the person to come out and measure. A few days later, I was quoted $1,965.00 (that included a 10% discount) on Wednesday (1/27) for the job. Because I live 65 miles from the store, I told the employee that I would be in Saturday morning (1/30) to order the doors, schedule an installation, and pay remaining balance. I arrived at Home Depot Saturday morning (1/30) as mentioned to order and pay the balance. I was told the price was approximately $2,800 and they would give me 10% off that. I was said, "no thank you" because that would be about $600 more than what I was told previously. I then asked for a refund of my $50 for the measure, and they refused and actually treated me poorly. Thats when I got upset! I couldnt believe that it was that big of a deal especially because it was THEIR mistake. I called the customer care line and I was told I would not be refunded for the $50 measure, and she spoke to me like a child. I am shocked that Home Depot will NOT refund me $50 becuase of THEIR MISTAKE on the price. The customer care rep said she would give me a $50 gift card which I declined because I will never return to a Home Depot store. I refuse to spend money at an organization that treats people this way.

We purchased a Martha Stewart Living Grand Bank 5-Piece Patio Dining Set last 9-March. Today with the wind, the table hit a wall and the glass broke in a million pieces. We went to Home Depot to see how best to replace the glass and Tia, the store manager, offered us a wonderful alternative to use the table until such time when she could talk to the manufacturer to find the replacement glass. Tia asked Victor to give me whatever I needed to make a temporary table cover. We chose a very nice plywood that Victor carefully and beautifully cut into the shape of the table, including the hole in the middle so that we can use the umbrella. Mr. Ian found my glasses which I accidentally left in a shopping cart when he was outside gathering carts in parking lot under the Sun close to 3 pm, the hottest time of the day. He kept it for me until I came back to pick it up at 6 pm. He was then at customer service/return counter. He was friendly, courteous, respectful, and professional. He has my vote as the best employee of the month and year. Thanks again!

Decent store with well stocked shelves. Employees are friendly and customer service oriented. On the weekends, it is difficult to find someone to help you but when you can find someone, they are very helpful. Garden section is large and plentiful and parking is never a problem. They could improve on being more attentive to customers wandering the aisles looking for what they need.

Ridiculous poor service, called to find out if the doors I ordered a week ago had arrived. 15 minutes on hold on the phone, had to hang up. Called a second time, and even after threatening them with calling corporate to complain, they put me on hold for another 10 minutes. Their excuse: "we are too busy, and short of staff, lots of customers". Ahhhhh, what about me!?

This is my favorite store. My experience is always a positive one. I happen to visit this store often and I am always impressed with the Great Customer Service Norma J gives me and my family. My family loves the Friendlyness and the Possitive Attitude specially her Professionalism. She makes this store the Best one in town with her attitude. Thanks Management!!!

Waited 30 minutes for someone to come cut blinds only to find out that she doesnt know how to cut them. The guy also waiting with me bought his blinds beforehand and left the blinds with dimensions to be cut. Only to come back a day later to uncut blinds. Ridiculous that none of the workers were capable of actually helping me.

I have called this location 3 times in the past two weeks to try to order custom blinds and it takes over 30 minutes EACH TIME to get a hold of anyone. When I do get ahold of someone they are not helpful. I would not recommend this store to anyone wanting to have a service completed in a timely manner!
