We first hired Joe Dimaio of Home Improvement & Design Center in 2011 to remodel (gut) our entire town home (floors, ceiling to get rid of popcorn texture, walls to get rid of orange peel texture, knock down walls and build new walls, install all new cabinets, install all new mahogany Japanese style doors, install all new appliances, etc.) per the glowing recommendation of our financial advisor. WE LOVE LIVING IN THE RESULT!!! Joe Dimaio is one of the most trustworthy people we have ever hired! We cant emphasize this enough. Joe is honest, provides appropriate bids, and is dedicated to make sure everything on his quote meets or exceeds your expectations. Joe gets to a point where he understands your tastes and helps you achieve your goals, no matter how hard it may be to achieve them. We have hired him for several projects, the most recent of which (July 2017) was completing the removal and installation of a patio fence ... total duration of two days!!! Recently, we were THRILLED to come home from an extended weekend vacation and have the fence project started and completed while we were gone!!! In one of our previous projects, we wanted a custom LED lighted glass mantle for our fireplace and we were about to give up because it was so tricky, but Joe helped us come up with a solution and we LOVE what he came up with! Thanks Joe. We highly recommend him for any of your remodeling projects!

Joe installed carpet in my bedroom 10 years ago and I was so impressed with his work ethic that I contracted him last year to put tile in my kitchen. I LOVE it. His workers know what they are doing and get the job done perfectly. I recommend HIDC to everybody. They provide quality work at a reasonable price.
