WORST SERVICE EVER! I went to purchase some parts for my shower and I called for assistance and they said they would call someone over. I waited 15 minutes and no one came to help so I proceeded to ask for help again. When I asked the girl at the paint department if she could call someone to help me, she responded with an annoyed voice saying she will call someone. I patiently waited ANOTHER 20 minutes and NO ONE CAME! Luckily a very nice gentlemen who was in the same aisle, seen I was struggling and helped me get the parts I needed. I wasted over and hour in the store when if I received help earlier I would have spent 10 minutes at the most. Im so utterly upset at this. I will be taking my business to Lowes

The misting system area was extremely unorganized and a lot of "returned" boxes. The prices were ambiguous and one item we had to take to the front for a price and then I ran back for more. We observed workers in the garden area in redundance talking. There was a "manager" directing a girl who was talking the a seemingly extra person. Maybe this extra person could organize the different seasonal areas for customer ease. We came home to work on our project, in the heat, to find we had bought a mister plug instead of a misting head because it was so bad back there. I would say we spent 25 mins in the area sorting items and still have to come back to return incorrect items.

called to get information on doors sticking, got hung up on, called back and ask why i was hung up on, male ignored the questioned, i said no why did you hang up on me? stated we got disconnected, no, i heard him put the phone on the receiver. the only thing he said would resolve my problem was to change the lock. I asked to speak to someone who could help me, he told my story to another person, (female), who continued to help another customer, i could hear all the transactions and conversation, finally put the phone on hold, never came back. IDOITS, thats why i go to LOWES

This Home Depot is a little hard to spot from the street if youre not paying much attention. Once inside, within a minute of me looking helplessly at the shelves I was helped by an employee, who was very quick if not nearly silent. It was an older guy, usually I get young guys tryin to hit on me, so a nice change. Was otherwise greeted and dealt with in normal customer service impaidtotellyouhelloandhaveagreatday manner, which is fine. Selection seemed decent but not amazing, but has the basics, which is what I needed.

I went to Home Depot in Pomona on 01/28/16 looking for a specific item. I was Greeted by a very nice Associate name Trish in the Hardware Department. She walked me to the area I needed but, we couldnt find what I was looking for so, she went above and beyond by going on the store computer and searching the inventory. When we couldnt find it she checked other place online and made great suggestions. Trish is an amazing Employ! I hope to see her again when I visit! Sincerely, Deena McCarthy

PurchaseD a $499 patio set. Requested that it be assembled and I can pick it up when its ready. It took them two days and when they did call me to pick it up, they gave me the display set on the floor. I was livid! Why lie and pass off a display set as new!?! Were talking 500 dollars!!! They had all kind of excuses about the assembler not being there etc, etc but thats all they had to say or say we usually dont put sets together ( although the Ontario HD does).

UGH they dont price match amazon anymore. It really is a case by case basis, but I feel like most of the stuff that you want to buy here with the exception of actual wood and bricks can be found online for much cheaper. Staff went out of their way to help me find products, although the website lies about what they have in stock. The IoT selection of Zwave/zigbee devices is also lacking at this location.

WORST SERVICE EVER!! No body helps you i needed help in plumbing i litteraly waited 25 min because they were on break, they have treated my dad so horrible as well we bave no choice becuase its the closet to our house but seriously the management is horrible!!!!

Went in for some vinyl boards I found at the San dimas home Depot .. they dont even carry them...I been waiting for them to re-stock a brick wall like board for weeks..Im driving to San dimas home depot to get what I need. not good for me or them

I shop a lot at this home depot.every time I go in, theres always some one near by to answer my questions.never had a problem.workers are always helpful, and polite.oh, and I have to add, I always get a hotdog, from the stand, its a must.

Extensive supply of everything you might need, but the staff are hard to find, which makes it difficult to find what you may need in such a large store. Good garden section too.

Ample parking. This mall is a dead zone except for the home depot and a gas station that remains. This one is not as busy as others and we go in and out in 15 minutes.
