Do not go here for shutter installation; It started 2 years ago labor day; took 4 months for them to install it; then they install the wrong one because they thought my windows have sills. Whats worse is the shutter is uneven; you can see the shutters are going down towards the middle. They reinstalled it 2x (thus additional months each) but no luck at all. It looks horrible, cost me 2k; i should have gone to local business. Pls keep in mind home depot subcontracts; so you pay home depot; home depot subcontracts other business; measures and assess what they need to do, and submit it to home depot. Home depot in turn completes the business. The shutters were made and fabricated in China (found out after the transaction) quality is poor and its really messed up. I might ask them to fix this again; but I am not sure where this would be all going because its going to be the same thing. To be fair with them; they really tried; but at the end of the day I am the idiot who never have trusted a specialist who should know what they shoud have been doing.

I am looking for the toilet flush replacement, and could not found the one that i currently use which i purchase at Home Depot at the spare part section. the worker at spare part section was kind and helping me but wont able to find one. So i entered the section where they keep all the new toilet and saw one of the model as same as mine. The young and pretty with tatoo on her arm worker lady was there and I asked her that Do you know where I can find this flushing system. She answer me very unfriendly she said all of part we keep at spare part section. I told here that i had been there and could not find it. Do you know where i can order it. She keep saying over there that it . I told her that it does not make sense to me that home depot sell this model and did not carry a replacement, She stare at me and did not say any thing that can help me out. So i am very disappointed and have not thing to say. and forgot to ask for her name .What is a poor and uneducattion worker . So i just walk away, I was . as of today 06/05/2013

it depends on who you get to help you, how good your service is. There are some real stars, that I look for when I need some help. Rick and Steve over in garden have always been on my list Salvatory, who just retired in lumber, Richard in hardware, only works a few days a week. Tracey, who works weekends, helped me jump my car once, very pleasant. Kathy who was a cashier, doing her best to make sure customers found everything they were looking for, there are a few others that I dont recall their names. Yesterday, I picked up about 500 lbs of sand and gravel, as I was loading it on the cart I saw two HD guys pushing a cart each. side by side, down the aisle. I would have thought that they would have asked if I needed help Instead they strolled down the aisle like they were shopping for grocery its a shame, a few people not caring, reflecks on all of them

Total disappointment.. We are planning to redo our kitchen, Pedron the Kitchen dept. Manger has excellent customer service skills. We had everything set. Appointment was made...and 30min before the scheduled appointment for i get a cancellation call...I mean really?!? 30mins...what the heck is that, so I put other things on hold for a scheduled appointment and this is the professional way to treat a Customer. Home depot you wasted me and my familys time. I will look for service somewhere else. I would give Zero stars, but Pedro was good on his end, so that one STAR is for him!!

I dont know exactly if this store has some thing to do with order on line shipped to the store but my experience was terrible wen I went there to check the status of my order. After about 1 full hour trying to fine mi order with my driver license and processed payment bay pay pal I was informed that I have to be verify before I can place my order , couple theyd after I got an e-mail informen me that I can place my order. What a disappointed experience. I will never order anything from Home Depot web site

Worst customer service I have been through. The two staffs never helped me with my concern. I forgot one of the item I purchased and have inquired if someone might have returned it. Never got a response and they acted busy. Well, if you dont want my presence, I wont go back to any of your place. You just lost my business. I am a contractor and I am bringing thousands of dollars to this store for the past years. Bye HD.

This is MY store! Why do I say that? Because the very first day they opened for business, I was the first customer through the door. I always get good service here. I appreciate the Veterans discount I get. I can usually find what I need. And I love their customer service. This is a great store. Finally, the water fountain in their garden department has the coldest water you will find anywhere. Guaranteed.

They remodeled!! It looks waaaaay bigger and more organized. Overall, it is pretty good. The garden section is amazing!! It is great for nature lovers....but it is slippery. Their "SPECIALS" signs, ate super pretty! They really get your attention. Whoever writes those signs, writes amazing!! I wanna write like them. Overall, go to this home depot!! They have funny staff. Home depot is awesome!!!!!

I can never have an associate offer help because they are always in a huddle chit chatting about their private lives and when you do ask an associate for help they tell you that they will be with you in just a moment and this goes for all the Home Depots that Ive been to and Ive been to locations in Los Angeles county all the way to Orange county.....same experience in all of them.

Everything you will need for your home or garden can be found here. Lots of employees on duty to answer any questions you may have.on the negative side, like most Home Depots, there are Mexicans at every entrance and exit. This Home Depot is usually busy and the parking lot is crowded. Opens at 6:00 a.m., so try to shop early if you can. Very crowded on weekends.

Rude employees and they have no desire to help you out. I was asking them for a certain product and they just kept saying "I dont know" and they werent trying to cask someone else who did know. I ended up using Google images to show then a picture of the item and I still got "I dont know." I showed 4 employees total

I was assisted by an employee named Dontae. I entered the store to purchase a 4×8 plywood for a project. I needed assistance with the cutting into individual sizes and dantae offered to help. During the cutting he paid close attention to detail and provided great feedback. I really had a great experience.
