This place just hired a bunch of new employees and has plenty of well experienced associates as well...Richie in flooring is friendly and has an amazing knowledge of carpet and tile work...when it comes to plumbing Rosa is the gal you are looking for she knows quite a lot of plumbing info so the DIYers need to take advantage, when shes not there Stu will give you wonderful and thurough info as well! Every department has its Pro and pros in training...its always a wonderful experience every time I come to this Home Depot! They are always willing to help and try their hardest to answer and help me!

This place is not too bad. The employees in the appliances department are attractive. They need more variety of screws in the tools department. I havent had too many problems here mainly finding and reaching for things. Only one time I waited an eternity for customer service in the tools dept. and no one showed up so I left without making a purchase.

Worse place for children workshops! I reserved a spot for my three kids, they denied my smallest cause she was three. If anyone has small kids, El Monte homedepot is the place to be. They are well prepared with paints,activities and free food. I regret coming to baldwin park, they made two tables from pallets! Wth. Ladies.werent.very helpful either

Who doesnt love the Home depot. I am the handyman in my household. I not once have gone to Home Depot and wasnt assisted with everything I need to resolve the issues I was having in my house and with Expert, sound advice on how to tackle the project. We went looking for a hanging lamp. We ran into Tracys of that dept. and she gave us the best customer service, answered all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. This will definitely be our new Home Depot of choice.

Staff was very inattentive. Numerous employees simply walked by me without offering any help when it was obvious I was looking for an item. Funny thing is, when I dont need help, theyre all over me like flies on stink!

They have everything you need at low prices but the staff isnt the knowledgeable about their products or how to improve my home. Also the parking lot is very ghetto with random people walking near your car.

Rude, slow, inexperienced, on hold forever, poor attitude. I cannot beleive that you would assign someone so inexperienced and unable to answer any questions regarding any issue. SUCKS !!!!!!
