Generally I dont require much of Home Depot other than to provide convenience to get what Im looking for and quickly check out which they do well. However, it is disappointing that Ive found that they dont really back up the products that they sell. I purchased a bathtub glass sliding door and on installation, the entire door abruptly exploded into a million tiny glass shards. Forgetting about the inconvenience and injuries sustained, I just wanted to get a replacement unit so that I could complete the project in the same weekend. Unfortunately "Tom" determined that the best they could do is cover 50% and I would instead have to take it up with the manufacturer. Thats ok for mediocre service if thats what they are striving for but I dont need this store in this town when I have Amazon giving better service. I will think twice about where I take my business next time. Ive posted pictures of this disaster of a project...I wish this Home Depot could have stepped up to help a formerly loyal customer!

Humiliating experience at this Home Depot! The customer service agent known as Amanda at the service desk provided exceptionally poor customer service. As an individual who buys tens of thousands of dollars worth of equipment at Home Depot on a yearly basis. I will never shop at this location again. The inability to conduct even the simplest of transactions and outright refusal to contact the store manager is what I feel makes this home depot terrible at customer service. Refusal to contact a manager despite multiple requests. Inability to handle the pro desk on a Sunday. Amanda refused to escalate my simple issue.

I frequent this location Im usually disappointed by the customer service, however, this morning was not the normal circumstance. Ryan, in the plumbing dept, was everything I was hoping for in HD customer service. Helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. I needed a replacement hot water heater and, though he stated early on he was not an expert, he answered all my questions and assisted as I talked through what i was looking for and needed. Thank You for the help this morning Ryan!

I frequent Home Depot and this one is in my top 10 most visited. The customer service has degraded to nothing. They advertise this app to find things. Which is great for the occasional diy project but for pros trying to get in and out and missing one thing they cant find its awful. What really hurts is that any employee under the age of 40 cant function without the app. Make the employees learn the store or lower your prices and your staff number and Ill use the app.

I stopped by to get some acrylic/plexiglass sheets and have them cut to size. I asked one employee in passing to help me locate the items and he pointed me in the general direction but it was not exact enough to find the plexiglass. I ended up using the Home Depot website to find the aisle and bay numbers which worked out well. However, I couldnt find anyone to assist me in cutting the sheets to size so I left and went to Lowes.

The selection and prices are generally quite good. The store is huge so sometimes finding what you want is difficult. The real challenge is the very limited staff which means that I have to walk all over to find someone that can help me. However, when I do find someone, most of the time everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and is very willing to share their experience and wisdom.

plumbing right and wrong

Returns department was very rude. I think Laura was her name. Refused and insulted my return. I ask for manager and she called and spoke out loud the situation. I left and found manager myself cause laura or lauren ( glasses , white skin , chunky) was so rude. The MOD handled and took care of the situation. Thank god for MODs.

Not my favorite HD because it is on the small side. Sure all the basics are here, but everything is a little cramped. That said, this is definitely the best HD to go to in the area if you need to sit down with a department specialist (flooring, windows treatments, etc). Very short waits, unlike most stores, fit those folks.

I base my opinions on my experiences and this store is the WORST! I have had a good experience with 1 associate and have been left frustrated by SEVERAL others be it on the phone or in person, thing is it has happened again and again and AGAIN. Today was the last straw for me I wont do business with this store EVER again.

Whats good about this and all other Home Depots are that they also take back CFL lights, so that they will safely dispose of them for you. The place to drop off the CFL lights at this Home Depot is right next to the return section. Its in a big orange metal trash can with plastic bags on it for you.

Place is understaffed with only self checkout. Staff that I could find did not know where anything was located in the store, or even if they carried what I was looking for. Came looking for a specific tool and was told to use a small screwdriver... Did not even listen to what I was asking.

The selection and prices are generally ok. I think the selection is less than other Home Depot in my opinion but this one is good enough for the area.. There are not many staff members so sometimes you have to walk around the store to find help but the staff are very helpful.

The guys in the plumbing section are awesome! I can show them a photo of what i am tying to do and help me can all the parts i need! Also, they have veteran parking right in front which i thought was cool!

This is a good location. I feel like you have to know what you are looking for, doesnt seem like the staff is super knowledgable on the products in the store, but they are friendly and helpful.

They are always friendly here. I got some wood cut here and they could not have been nicer. The cuts were pretty accurate too and it was free to cut it, wahoo! Thanks Home Depot, you rock.
