This shop sold me a defective tube for my tire. It would not hold air. When i called them the manager stated that they would not refund this because it would be impossible to determine if i did the damage or the item was defective. I called them only 45 min. After my purchase. It was kind of offensive that they would imply that i was trying to cheat them out of $3.50. The lady I spoke to on the phone was quite rude. Anyways, there are plenty of bike shops in the area. No need to go to this one. I will never go back!

Walked in with my touring bike and walked out a very happy camper! Great service, reasonable prices, big variety of accessories! They had everything I needed and more! Just bought a rim for my road bike and spokes break and pops my tire in just 2 weeks I ask the guy if he can fix it and says no I said but I just got the rim from u he said u still have to pay that is just wrong bottom line he didint want to fix or replace the defective rim he sold me

I had flat on Sunday I called and they stayed open till I got there. Plus this place is so reasonable prices for seats and locks gear .Alot of bikes in stock. Plus very knowledgeable staff, its the father and daughter. One of my favorite bike shops !!
