insane, brain-dead, condescending & abusive. refuses to answers questions to people who call, gives meaningless responses, then jokes to people waiting in his shop about how stupid his customers on the phone are. then he refuses to answer questions to customers in his shop, repeatedly mentions he would rather be eating. lance begins meaningless fights, cannot understand the most straightforward communication, yells over any reasoning. repeats "I dont want to argue" back at customers like the customer started it. shrill and hysterical. looks at women as though they deserve to exist only to be a receptacle for his discharge. then says he can tell by looking he doesnt like you. is sight your only remaining sense? is everything at BW stolen? sorry to disrupt your diabetic coma lance.

I love this shop. They always know how to fix your bike issues and they do it for a great price. They fixed a flat tire for me in less than 30 minutes for cheap, and they filled up both my tires with air, readjusted my brakes, greased the chain, and realigned both wheels for no extra charge (and without me needing to ask!). Rather than me cluelessly tinkering with my bike in the park, its much easier to just bring it here where I trust that they will fix it for next to nothing. They just give your bike whatever attention it needs. They also do bike rentals if youre visiting town, and they have a collection for sale. Lots of cool bike accessories for sale too. Thank you Vince and crew!!

Ive had my bike worked on a few times here. Their HONESTY, hard work and ability is extremely refreshing in this day and age when its hard to find anyone to trust. I usually think they UNDER charge for the amount of work they do! I just picked up my Trek Beach Cruiser today (July 27) and didnt even recognize it because it looked like a NEW bike! Id brought it in for repair after thinking it was unfixable. It was on bike carrier when my car was hit and totaled. Figured the bike was too. Lance is an artist/magician! He managed to fix and tune my bike turning it back into the bike I loved. I wont take my bikes anywhere else! You shouldnt either!

I am a female with an older Schwinn and wanted to keep my original parts by having them re-built (other shops around town tried to talk me into buying crap quality new parts). Lance and his crew did the re-build perfectly, timely, and very reasonably priced. Lance was also very communicative about what needed to be done, when it would be done and gave an estimate close to the actual price. So nice to have great customer service and a job well done. THE. BEST! Tons of bikes to choose from! He can fix them and knows his stock AND HES SUPER NICE! I recommend this place every chance I get. (I have ZERO idea what the one person with a negative review is talking about. Absolutely NOTHING like that happened while I was there, to me or any of the other people there.)

Lance is the friendliest, most knowledgeable and considerate guy in the bike world. I have rented road bikes from him over two separate weekends and both times he gave me a great price and made it incredibly easy. Hes a great dude who loves bikes, but more than that, he loves people.

$25 for a bike pump. Then I found the same pump on ebay which only costs $1. If you are rich as f***, i suggest you going some fancy bike shops, you may get better experience and cost less money. I was stupid!!!
