I worked in Canoga park for about 6 months. Within that time i was hit by a car while commuting to work on my bicycle from San Bernardino Ca. I brought my bike in that was far out of date (1999 Huffy 21 speed mountain bike). I was not personaly injured too badly. The bike was thrashed on the other hand. Destroyed front wheel and crank assembly. I was tempted to just sue the guy. But, i was so blessed with having the Job to begin with that i told him, just fix my bike and im not calling the cops.They told me it would only cost me 80 bucks to fix the bike. They knocked it out right away too. Good guys if you have faith.

I was looking for the right mountain bike to get my 12 year old going on the trails (we live in Topanga) and JB had just the 21 speed Specialized we needed. The owner stored it for me til Christmas so I could make it a surprise. His crew switched out the pedals for regular sneakers. And when we came back after Christmas cause my sons thumb wasnt long enough to get all the way back on the shifter, it was tweaked no charge. At that time I also bought a nice simple rack for a really good price. Thanks, JBs! Well be back when he hits 511"!

JUST TERRIBLE. If you expecting for a broken, or not working parts, bike, tire, etc., this is the place to go. However, if you are looking for something that works, go to another bike shop. This bike shop is not worth buying anything, their service is okay, but they try to make something that will never going to work. Again, terrible. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP.

2 years ago I took my expensive bike to this place, the owner told me he needs few days to work on it, when I got it back he had stolen some parts of my bicycle and he had replaced with cheap parts, I would never recommend this place to any one. He is friendly but he is a thief.

Best deal and quickest in town. Half the price of performance for a free hub body replacement. Antonio knocked it out while I waited while performance and REI were complaining how its a complete hub overhaul going to take multiple days. 10/10. Would spend money here again.

STAY AWAY!!! Terrible! I gave them a vintage bicycle for cleanup and they spray painted the entire bike!!!! What is wrong with these people?!!! The ruined my bike and made me feel like it was my fault that they spray painted it to look clean. STAY AWAY!!!!

this is a great bike shop for the common man!-these are some hard working honest guys!-and affordable!-no rich boy $5,000-$10,000 bikes here! and they are not trying to cut a fat hog like a lot of these stuck up shops!-just hardworking, fair and honest!-thanks!

These guys are so good, honest, friendly, fair priced, that I dont even want to work on my own bike. I will gladly spend the few dollars to let them fix things I could learn on my own because they are experienced, and very polite. Thanks JB.

Good prices and nice staff e.g. Bought a bike from JB for my 6yo daughter recently ($45). I returned the next day to fix a flat and they didnt charge. They also offered to install training wheels for free.
