I have a two local shops about ten minutes from my house. However, I dont mind making the one hour drive to Performance because they are always well stocked and have a huge inventory of bikes, components and clothing. The staff at Performance are great too. I always get a friendly and energetic response from the staff whether I am calling to check on a bike or part or just dropping in. I especially like how all the staff engage you, not just the person helping you. And all the staff know a lot about local bike events and clubs for people of all ages. I found out about mountain biking teams at the local schools on my last visit. I am definitely very glad to have found this bike shop.

First class shop - great selection of bikes and equipment, and outstanding service. Cindy, Megan and Hunter have been consistently helpful and patient with my endless questions, and always fair on returns, exchanges, etc. Jaime knows road bikes - helped me make a decision very quickly on choosing the next step up from my current bike that I had been struggling with for weeks. Really understood what I was looking for and gave me great side-by-side comparisons on my options. The bike he recommended has turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. He did a great fitting and gave some some useful tips on improving my riding technique. Thats full service!

Ive had no problems at this shop the few years Ive been going. The staff knows their stuff well when it comes to their selection and any questions you may have and when it comes to bike maintenance as well. Everyone is very cool and courteous inside which makes it a fun place to hang out for a little if you have to pick something up and just want to chill for a few. I bought some new pedals and shoes for a new bike there and they offered to put the pedals and cleats on for free and even put a little Loctite on my stem bolts when I asked no problem. Great customer service all around. Please take my money.

They repaired everything on my bike and now it works better than when I bought it. They were nice and surprisingly quick about it. They told me my bike would be ready tomorrow but then they called me that same day to pick it up. Im new to mountain biking and will dropping by the store frequently.

Dont but tubes here its either they are super cheap or super bad luck because both tubes I got either failed from valve or jus did not work like their supposed to. They were specialized slime tube or whatever they call em. Needless to say I will not be going back

Called this bike shop to get a tire fixed. They said, come on over and well take care of you. Arrive and state that I need my tire fixed. Kid gives me a dumb stare and proceeds to ignore me. Work on your customer service. Not a welcoming store at all.

This has to be one of the best bike shops Ive been to, they really know their stuff about cycling, and do outstanding work as far as bike repairs.they have a full line of specialized bikes and products to choose from.I highly recommend this bike shop.

Very friendly over the phone, very helpful when I come in. My experience has always been good here. Stopped by today with derailleur issues . . took me on the spot, fixed all while I waited, bill was negligible. Knowledgeable and helpful staff.
