After browsing online, reading articles and blogs, and asking other bicyclists about bikes, I was more confused than ever. I decided to go to my local bicycle shop for their advice. A few different shops popped up on the Google search field but I went with the location with the highest reviews, so I hope this review helps. I happened to be in the area and decided to stop in. I walked in 10 minutes before closing and they still professionally and courteously greeted and welcomed me. Steve asked me a few qualifying questions and wrote down 3 models that we agreed fitted my needs. He advised that I check them out online and come in the next day to test ride them. I was leaning towards a Giant FCR1, but still wanted to ride it first. I went back the next day to test ride it. They thoroughly explained all of the features, benefits, and specs of the bike. They answered every question thoroughly and made me confident in my choice. After riding the bike, I was sold. They helped me pick out a helmet, jacket, and some bike accessories. Their service is unmatched. They sell with passion and take the time to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. They even took a bit off the total price as well. I will always go back for all of my bicycle needs. I recommend this store to anyone out there who needs professional advice on bicycles! Thanks Steve and Ryan!!! Great Job!!!

A must-stop shop for anyone looking at bikes. I did a lot of pre-shopping to learn about different features I would like in a bike. Bicycle technology has really changed over the years and bike science is evolving very quickly. Kaylan had seen me in the shop many times and after I put together my bike criteria, he found the perfect bike for me around my price range. It was a hard to find product in my size, so there was a little wait on delivery, but the people in the store kept me apprised on the progress of the order and went the extra mile. I am extremely happy with my purchase. Although I did not buy an e-bike, of all the stores I shopped at, Wheel World had the largest selection of e-bikes in stock. Even if you do not intend to purchase a bike, stop in and check out what has changed in the bicycle market. It has really gone high tech. Its a lot of fun just to look.

I setup my old GT LTS-1 bike for my Son. Has a 2003 Marzocchi Bomber SL front air fork that I needed to dial in for his weight. I lost the pump and air fitting required for this fork. I stopped by to see if they could help me out. They let me use their pump to adjust the rear air shock I fitted to the bike. When asked about the front fork, they took one look at it and said...wow!....have not seen one of those in a while. The tech said he would see if they still had the fitting. A few minutes of digging and he found one. Got the positive and negative sides setup for my Sons weight and all set to go. Didnt even charge me. I have purchased other items from the shop and will continue to support them.

Despite the other positive reviews, my experience was very negative. Maybe there was change in staff since the other reviews. Ive cycled for a few years but dont know a whole lot about the sport, and when I showed my ignorance, the salesman was not helpful and was extremely rude, acting as if I was supposed to know everything. A family member of mine had the same experience. Cool shop, but the customer treatment was terrible. Im not planning to do any more business with this bike shop, and dont recommend it to anyone else.

A GREAT place to get electric power mountain bikes, road bikes, kid bikes, and a lot in between. Younger staff, but very knowledgeable about the product they sell. Always ready to research any questions they dont have an answer for, and are true devotes of the world of bicycling. They carry Specialized, Giant, mostly. Great deals on tires, and everything you need to keep you machine in tip top shape. Oh, lifetime adjustments on the bikes you buy. They even match Amazon prices!

This bike shop is has friendly welcoming staff. They are enthusiasts of all varieties of bicycling. If you are interested in getting a road bike, mountain bike, or for fun this is your place to start! One of the few places that you can demo the lastest bikes for the day. Bikes come with lifetime service from their great mechanics. I brought my beat up mountain and road bike here and they got them tuned up to tip top shape. Thanks Steve!

The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly, providing me with a mini-education on everything - bikes, pedals, wheels, etc. I got a great deal and had a great experience.

Came to get new tubes installed, but unfortunately they did not carry any heavy duty parts. Just a few minutes after leaving the store my tires popped, but after walking back and explaining everything they replaced them free of charge. Ultimately lacking in parts supply, but made up for it with good customer service.

Great shop, people work hard and know a lot about bikes there! Hours are great, open till 7p Mon-Thurs 7days a week, and even open on holidays. Bike service shop part is extremely helpful. Parking in the back and on the street, and lots of bikes to choose from.

wow. what a difference coming from spoke n wheel where i put out a few hundred for my sons bike and could hardly get them to do me a favor by talking to me through the purchase! these guys at Wheel World are GREAT. definitely recommend.

Im not a huge "biker" but with four kids, we end up here a lot. I love the whole "local bike shop" feel, and walking in there for air and oil for the chains (minor tuneups) with no charge is a really great service

Site lists a product in stock, and accepted order. Sat in being processed for a week with no communication. Emailed in and item no longer available. Shouldnt have an online presence if you cant manage inventory.

Bad customer service , they said they ordered a part for me I called 5 days after nobody knows. Nothing about it Now I have to wait again for the part
