just happened today! friday i bought 2 cologne for my husband dior savauge and prada. when i bought both were sealed with plastic cover. i asked the sales clerk if i can have sample for both so that if my husband didnt like it i can return it. today when i returned the prada i kept the dior sauvage coz my husband didnt like the prada when the sales clerk opened it the box had a different empty bottle not even an empty prada bottle! clerk insisted that i cannot have a refund because of that!!!!!!!!!!!! that is crazy! just fyi when you buy perfumes or cologne just open the damn plastic to check whats inside!!

Everyone was very helpful, the ladies were very nice at matching my tone with. What I was trying to look for. I was kinda disappointed how they consistently run out of Kat Von D. Lock it setting mist spray.

I had booked appointments for my best friends wedding months in advance and they cancelled on me 2 days prior to the wedding due to them not having the staff . i do not recommend them at all!!
