I came to Irvine location after Tustin location messed up my eyebrows. The girl Ariel mapped out my eyebrows and did great in giving them a full shape again. She also recommended this gel to help grow my brows back which she gave me her own story about how it helped her grow the tail of brow back after seven months. I went to her a few more times, but on one of the last times I felt like she was spending a longer time waxing that I reminded her I want to keep my brows full and she said, "Well, not too full!" (I mean, is there such a thing??) Sure enough, she took too much off and one side was thinner than the other. I came back one more time--on Feb 25--and AGAIN she was spending too much time waxing that AGAIN I stopped her and she commented how one of my brows was thinner than the other that she was trying to even them out... WELL DUH DUMMY! Thats because YOU took too much off of that one side the last time I was there! (I said in my head, of course.) Havent been back since and I wrote this review now because that one side STILL hasnt grown back, even having used the gel which makes me feel like she made up her own story to make a sale. Perplexes me that these eyebrow specialists are supposed to have been trained through Benefit, yet they (both Tustin and Irvine locations) keep taking too much off when you emphasize FULL, THICK...

The inventory seems pretty good, I found what I was searching for. If you need help or assistance? Go to a different location, the associates here are completely in their own world and dont offer any help. The one person who did try to help me was called off the floor because it was the end of her shift, she apologized and told me she had to leave. No one else helped, I was there for over an hour.

Ive visited a few times looking for $100+ in products – I either get completely ignored or the associate bails on me after a few minutes. Even when the store is next to empty. Guess they would rather chat behind the counter or restock blow dryers than make a sale. Sephora from now on!!!

Employee Leah greets you happily when you enter the store. I was able to use my points towards Skyn iceland products for my skin to try. I was fortunate to get Leah when I checked out. Just a simple smile and eye contact provided great customer service.

I actually really like the redesign for the drugstore makeup aisles. They have a section for testers which is a GOD SEND. I hate not being able to swatch makeup.

Come here for both drugstore and high-end beauty items such as hair care, and body care, makeup. The atmosphere is more welcoming than Sephoras.
