What brought me here was because of the horrid customer service I received at Sephora. I was in search of a birthday gift for a friend of mine. She requested a makeup brush set from Sephora but she happened to like MAC as well. Once I stepped foot into the MAC, I was instantly greeted by Aileen. She was fantastic! I literally know nothing about beauty, makeup etc and she was very patient to explain all the functions of the brushes women needs. My head was spinning a little bit but very helpful for my decision on the gift set. Since I knew nothing, I had to go with Aileens recommendations. It paid off because it was a success. If Sephora had this type of service, they would of hooked me but instead they care more about socializing on the floor. Since then, I have been back a few times and received the same type of service from other associates! Thank you MAC team!

Horrible service , girls didnt even know what they were doing . And the girl that did my makeup left me looking like a cakeface and was not even close to the way I asked her to do my makeup. Who hires these people !?
