I went this past Sunday to this store in particular. It was notability dirtier than even the Downtown Disney location. Although store clerks walked about, not one asked me within a 20 minute period if I needed some help picking out products. I typically am asked 5-8 times at locations like South Coast, Brea, etc if Id like to learn more about the products.

Bad customer service, the lady was talking to a customer about her bleached hair. Nothing makeup related and when I asked for help, one of the other girls just told me to wait for the other sephora girl and just left because she was probably going home or something.

Went there 2 times, one time I almost left but one girl approached me. Second time it was really full yet two girls approached me asking if I needed help. I left with a good (so-so) impression of the store.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The workers here are INCREDIBLY RUDE! And they are always, believe me when I say always, out of stock on everything! If I could give zero stars I would in a heart beat.
