So heres the reason why I 1 starred this Ulta in particular. I have been to Beverly Hills, The Grove, High end malls around California and NEVER and I mean EVER have I felt as uncomfortable as I have when I came here. I am hispanic, dont look it but I am. For some odd reason when I walked in I felt like 2 of the workers immediately started profiling me. A few minutes later I saw the 2 speaking to one another, the next minute one of the women came next to me and loudly asked on her headset "Are the police coming?". Now Ive worked as loss prevention and I know the basic procedures for deterring theft. These 2 women were seriously racial profiling me and I feel appauled. I love bringing my mother and wife Ulta, never have I run across such an issue anywhere that Ive been. Im sorry ulta but whoever trained or is managing this ulta needs to be checked. Seriously sad that my mother still went and purchased something from this store, never will I come here again. Hope no one else feels the same discrimination that I felt, Amazing...

Im extremely disappointed after coming to this ulta location this morning having gotten a greeting and no further assistance. Today I needed help finding a suitable foundation for my skin which is rather difficult alone and with no knowledge on whats good and not so good. We saw a few employees none of which asked to see how we were doing or any other costumers were doing besides one at the brow bar. I over heard another costumer asking for service which was responded with "What do you need?" And later, "We dont sell those items like that anymore." Therefore concluded her costumer service. I ultimately decided to leave and will look for better service at a different location or maybe Ill just return to Sephora. Shouldnt employees push sales?

Todays visit was very lackluster todays date is the 13th of July and the time is 9 oclock I probably got in here like at 8 so from 8 to 9 I literally walked around the store looking for a foundation and a primer. Not once was I was approached by anybody in the store to ask if I needed any help,not one time I saw 1 makeup artists on the floor and I think the other lady was a hair lady. Neither one said a word to me it totally floored me at the end of the day I dont know what Im doing with makeup so I didnt make an Impulse buy, just tested some items, bought something little and called it a day.

Ulta, your return policy will drive customers away to Sephora. I came to return a $4 shampoo from December 2016 with the receipt; the item was nearly new. The cashier and manager refused to give me a refund and wanted to give me the "lowest price," which was a couple cents which is ridiculous. Dont drive customers away over $4. Ive returned products over 60 days with and without the receipt recently even after your return policy changed and they accepted them for full credit; Im afraid to shop at ulta now because of the inconsistent return policy.

I went to get my favorite foundation in my shade and could not find it, so I asked a person for help and she said she had to go to the back to look for it so I waited 5-10 minutes . Then Im assuming the "manager" of the store comes up and tells me she is sending another person to look for it, she then tells me she has not seen my shade of foundation in months. Really you havent seen this popular brand of foundation in my shade in months? I dont recommend coming to this location, it seems like they never have anything in stock.

called to ask for a return policy and a male answered who could not clearly answer my question i had to get it out of him by playing 21 questions, he seemed distracted and was having another conversation with someone in the store i assume an employee?? i was so annoyed and i felt like he was so rude. he wasnt listening and i had to ask my questions twice due to him conversing with me and someone else at the same time?? like why even answer the dam phone

I called this place 7 times to see if they carry a certain brand. The fist 3 times I was put on hold for 10 minutes while they "looked" for the product but was disconnected every time. I then called 3 more times and it went to voicemail. The last time I called I finally got through to someone. The person acted like she had know idea what I was talking about when I exploded the 6 previous calls.

Employees here are always rude. I always go to a place more than twice to make sure it wasnt a fluke before writing a review but they are always rude, make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Usually clean though, always out of nyx

I called and the person that picked up was rude and she left me on hold for over 3 minutes, the first wait song litterally finished, and then I heard the reciever get picked up and hung up. Wtf not how you treat a customer.

Amazing locations. The brow bar and salon are absolutely fantastic. I love how organized everything is. The store is also always clean and everyone is always very nice. I am always greeted when I walk in.

Kinda small location, did not have anything my wife came in looking to buy, so we had to make a trip to Sephora. Yes, we could order online, but she wanted it now, thats why we came into the store.
